Death and Rebirth

Well, I suppose everyone is going to think that I want to talk about reincarnation. Not so, not this time. I want to talk about the deeper meaning of Ascended Master Kuthumi Agrippa’s statement, that we all face our own resurrection. This message was given to me by Arcturus, an energetic entity who only recently appeared in my consciousness.

The deeper meaning of the message is so pure in its simplicity, that we often wonder why humans do not follow the guidance, so lovingly given. There is so much selfless energy spent by channellers, sages and other souls who give freely of the wisdom that they receive, but we as humans take it with a pinch of salt, and sometimes shrug it off as another figment of someone else’s creative imagination. Yet, it is within these massages that the secret of spiritual self-actualization lies.

You see, creation is an act of Love, given that the intent is of Love, and the outcome is born out of that Love. Now many of us do not always agree with the statement that Love is the greatest power in the Universe, or we just do not understand it. You see, it is. Simply as it was Love that created us all, the Universe in which we reside and our solar system, tailor made to support our existence. It is not co-incidence. The balance of maintaining life in the Universe is so fine, that a nano-degree variance here or there can make the complete system collapse. Yet it does not. It is held firmly in place by Love, and the Universal Laws that ensures continuation of life and creation, which is also born out of Love. Love is all that matters.

Humans have forgotten Love. To most of us, love is simply an emotional manifestation, which is the result of physical union between two individuals, or giving birth to a child, or the culmination of compatible energies which has synergized. Many of us never even experience Love, as we have been hurt too much through abuse, fear and doubt, not even mentioning desperation which always results in a disaster. The missing link here, of course, is lack of Self-Love, bred out of negative emotional behavior, either self induced, or brought on by others and our (sometimes) destructive ego.

Through the emotions of sub-conscious revenge, we then enact our own self destruction, which also has the effect of creating a very fertile breeding ground for the destruction of our most valuable asset, the support system which consists of other individuals in our personal environment. In our own self-induced grief or discomfort, we literally demand that others now assist us, asking that they enact a false Love, themselves now feeling compelled through guilt to help us where they can. This means that we are forcing ourselves upon others, in order to elicit sympathy, which hopefully will translate into assistance. Very sad indeed, that the once Love-fuelled human being has to resort to this type of Love-less behavior.

When we are born, the first emotion that shines out of us is purity and innocence. We instinctively trust that our mother will take care of us, as she has been programmed to do so, as an act of Love, and our hope lies in this nurturing state of protection, care and wonder for the birth of new life. All human being experience that sense of wonder when at first a new-born is presented to us. It is the essence of our human-ness, in its purest form. Love, hope, faith, trust and acceptance.

So why have we forgotten this, that our basic instincts are so closely connected to how our Universe operates, and that somehow it is the blueprint for how we ought to operate. That we need to view life with a sense of wonderment and Love, view nature with the sense of wonderment for how it functions, without greed, lust and hate, simply enacting the purpose of it’s existence, as determined by Universal Laws. Why do we insist on hoping for these instincts in others to emerge, when we are in dire straits and need their help or assistance?

Clearly, we are not conscious of our very reason for existing. We exist as an act of Love, not only for us, but for complete Creation. And in that lies the essence of the message given to me. We have forgotten the innocence and purpose of it all. We have morphed into needy greed mongers wishing only to serve the Self, and not others, as a collective consciousness. We have forgotten that, devoid of negative emotions and the global control machine, our basic human instincts are to trust, love, hope and accept the one-ness of all. We are one, made of the same stuff anything else is made of.

And this is what Arcturus asked me to convey. Rebirth the Self. See yourself as a new child, and embrace, for a moment, the emotions of trust, faith , hope, love and unconditional acceptance of your own beingness and birthright. See the world with a new sense of wonderment. Experience the one-ness of all, as it is so beautifully displayed in nature. Notice the seasons, as they celebrate birth and rebirth. Notice how Love works it intent so seamlessly, that we can only be in awe. See how our planet sustains us, and give her the gratitude that she deserves, by taking care of her. She is acting with the pure intent of Love.

You see, through re-birthing the Self, with new perceptions and awareness, we stand a chance of re-igniting our true spiritual self-actualisation process. Jung, the great mystic he was, called it the process of individuation.

As we birth this new global consciousness, let us go back and rebirth the child in us. Experience the acts of trust, hope, faith and love with the unconditional innocence of a new born child. Detachment from of the outcomes is a natural instinct of any newborn, as the awareness is not tainted by enculturisation or expectance, but simply tainted by Love, Innocence and Acceptance.

Accept that you are divinely loved by your Creator, and that through His design, you have been given all the tools for Spiritual self-actualisation. It only takes trust, hope, faith, Love, acceptance and a big letting go.

Lets do it. We are worth it. After all, we are unconditionally supported by our mother father God, who created us to further enact Love. That is what makes it all go around. Let us support ourselves and others through a true simpatico, not sympathy. Let us build our communities and support systems based on selfless acts of Love, hope, trust and acceptance. Let us be that which we were created to be in the first place.

It is all there for the taking. We simply need to rebirth the child in us, and view the world from that perspective. Maybe then we will get it.

I am giving it a try. I am worth it.

The Perfect Fit

I have this friend, whom I will not mention by name, that always bombards me with questions that is never really asked – prompting me to answer as best I possibly can. And I am very grateful, for it forces me to enter a passive meditative state, and obtain the information from that which is always accessible, the personal Akash, or personal unconscious, whatever we wish to call it. Sometimes I need to meditate deeply on these matters, and access the wisdom of Universal Consciousness. Other times I need to research first, that which came to me, in order to verify for myself that answer which was provided.

Emerging spirituality, in a sense, can be a very daunting process. Once we start on that journey, it is impossible to turn around and regain our previous existence. The knowledge we acquire becomes intoxicating, almost like Imelda Marcos shopping for shoes! Within that mode of thinking and discovery – we also detach from that which we have come to accept as normal behavior, and on a subtle level, our Higher Selves starts prompting our conscious thoughts with questions that challenges our value systems.

So the question was raised, on relationships, as to why we prefer certain stereotypes, or archetypical expressions of human appearance. Like yip, I like someone that is slender and well built. Or, I like them blonde, with shapely legs and all the other physical embellishments that goes with that image of perfection, a false archetypical illusion that we all ascribe to. It is so encultured in us, through mass media representation of the perfect human being, that we miss the point of Love and Sharing. Outer appearances become paramount to our partner choices, and we completely miss the mark. So, dysfunctional relationships are the order of the day, and we start creating our own discomfort.

Someone once said – “looking deep into your eyes, I can get lost in your Soul, for that is where I shall find true Love”. And that is exactly it. Outer appearances can be deceiving. Basing our choice of life partners on outer appearances and the resultant false sense of Love that appears in the form of lust (both physical and emotional) and immediate gratification of our own perceptions, limits our freedom of choice, free will and true expression of Love. True, we are human beings, and as such have been endowed by our Creator with an unlimited scope of experience choices. Through those experiences, fuelled by our free will, we learn very valuable lessons, which have the effect of raising our vibrations, and thus cultivate a deeper spiritual purpose, understanding and perceptions. And then again some of us just trundle along, caught up in the physicality of duality.

Do we ever just sit down and think on these things? Do we ever evaluate, through introspection, exactly what we are doing to ourselves? How we limit ourselves, basing our prototype of the perfect life partner or husband on physical appearances and enculturized expectations of behavior, personality traits and peer approval. We are not only disenfranchising ourselves, but other Souls as well. Even worse, we may miss our main reason for having incarnated this time, by not fulfilling our life contract, which will necessitate us coming back to do it all over again.

Through our judgmental view of that which is the perfect partner, we are sacrificing the Self. We allow no room for growth, and look only as far as the physical and not the beauty within.

It is true that we have certain preferences, both in personality type, physical appearance, social standing and mental compatibility. But have we ever thought about how these preferences came to be? What the underlying factors was that determined our evaluation of another human being in terms of being acceptable and suitable? No, we have not. We keep on walking our path of personal relationships with blinkers that has been placed there by others, not ourselves. We have been told by such and such that so and so are so and so. We are being bombarded by tabloids and other magazines as to the perfect specimen, what we should aspire to, and worse of all; we have allowed ourselves to become Pavlovian pawns that have been conditioned to follow by example. Monkey see monkey do.

A sad state of affairs, when you consider that the net effect is that we are depriving ourselves of authentic Love. In this search for perfection we can never become that. We are never good enough, never fit enough, never beautiful enough, and always insecure as to our own Self-worth. And as a result, we expect the same behavior from those that we align ourselves with. Why do we allow ourselves to be limited by this sad enculturization? It is only logical that it will result in disfunctionality.

Do not get me wrong here either – I am not saying that we should consider a life partner who is not compatible with our own personality type, social preferences and value systems. That in itself is also a misalignment of our purpose, and pandering to our own fear of being alone, or simply wanting to have someone.

I am simply saying. Let us look deep inside ourselves, re-align our value systems and perceptions to be in line with the new way of being. We cannot all be the perfect human being. We have different body types. Someone can be bulky but fit. I do not for one moment think that a very large Springbok prop is not fit. He has to be. I cannot for one moment think that a mother who has had children, and now suffers the physical effects of childbirth, is less worthy, or now physically compromised, and now not suitable as a partner anymore.

We are human beings. It is encumbant on us to express with unlimited intent our willingness to be fair to ourselves. And how can we be, if we keep on aligning to false delusions of ourselves and others. We deny ourselves our true being. We deny ourselves the beauty of the inward Soul. And we deny ourselves Love as we are searching in the wrong places.

Ever thought – wow – what a lovely guy or girl – but then shy away as the physical did not fit your perception of a beautiful shoe…..

Wise up. Time is up. Either we stop the evil of enculturized behavior and self induced peer pressure, and allow it to dictate our beingness, or we stop it in its tracks and think for a moment. Otherwise will remain Pavlovian pawns, acting simply on conditioned impulses. Let us open ourselves to Love. And searching for it in past-tense expectations and stupid little defense patterns which makes us shy away will not bring us happiness, nor self acutalization.

So love Self first, and then love another. And only by letting go of past limitations can we achieve that.

Fear of sharing

So many times I am asked, or even witness, why we have this great fear towards sharing and distributing our knowledge, wealth (do we have any left?) or resources. Yip, the age-old problem of fear and selfishness raises its ugly head, even amongst those that we consider fellow Lightworkers. Sometimes it is not even that, but simply a fear of lack.

So today, I am probably going to be extradited from Lightworker society. I also need to tell you that this little lesson was inspired by a selfless gesture of an old friend, and true Lightworker.

Firstly, I do not mean to be judgmental, if that does cross your mind. I mean simply to highlight a problem that exists. What we have to remember though, is that any intent, wish, or agreement, in its original expression, is always devoid of ill will. The pure thought always expresses as the first cause of intent, or as Kant puts it, Duty. It is the Metaphysical expression of Morals.

Intent, as we all know, is the desire to express and manifest an outcome, whatever that may be. Also, the more faith we have in the process of manifestation, the more likely it is that it will materialize. And simply put, that is what we lack. We lack faith. We lack faith in the process of the Law of Attraction, and therefore, we create our own little bubbles of woe. Our lack of faith will result in outcomes that are not coherent with our original intent.

On a deeper level, what causes this? What are the underlying factors that make our original intent go belly-up, when what we intended does not work out the way it was planned. Simply put, it is our own fear and doubt. The ten thousand babbling idiots are at work again – that expression of ego-negativity, cleverly masked as protection, causes us to panic and away we go on a tangent of doubt. What follow is fear, and self-protection mechanisms are put into place by the ego-self, to keep us out of harms way.

I am not implying here that we rally forth with blind faith, but simply that we need to take cognizance of the original thought or reason de etre of our actions. That original thought, in its own right, is always an expression of true will to adhere to an agreement, or to adhere to a promise, intention or any other vehicle for manifestation.

Sharing of resources is at the forefront of Kant’s expression of Duty, viewed in today’s environment. Fear of lack, resulting in fear of sharing, is the ultimate social evil of the day. As our global economy is facing its biggest collapse of all times, the building of self-sustaining communities that shares resources is now the new imperative. Sharing those resources without any expectation of something in return, is the Spiritual expression of Unconditional Love.

What we always forget is that like attracts like, or in biblical language, what you sow you shall reap. Now in this lies the paradox of our dis-belief, fear, doubt and in some cases, pure greed. Our selfishness will express in lack, if we sow the seeds of doubt and fear.

Sometimes things do not work out as we have planned. And have we ever thought why? Why do things not happen the way that they ought to have happened? Well, there are many players in the game. And sometimes some of the players let the team down. And when that happens, the consequences ricochets all over the place, changing the course of the outcome. The threads of creation has its tentacles all over the place, and abiding to rules or duty (morals) does not guarantee success. There is always the other side to content with.

You see, the only rule that applies today, and will in future, is unconditional detachment from the outcomes, emanating from our true intent of sharing resources. We need to be sure that that which we offer, is congruent with our true wish, and does not contain an iota of resentment resulting form the act of giving. It must be given freely, without expecting anything in return. For the Law of Attraction will always honor that energy which is pure of intent, devoid of resentment, and bring it back multifold. The exchange will manifest, and abundance will result.

This is difficult, that I know, as we still interact in a society that is based on fear of lack, societal control systems and dogmas that feed our emotional needs and dysfunctions.

But, we are lucky. We will naturally migrate away from those that does not adhere to the new principles of Consciousness, Sharing and unconditional Love, creating a rift that will ultimately isolate them. You see, once that happens, those who will face the consequences of their actions will come running to our little communities of Love and Sharing, asking for our help. Are we going to show them the door? No. We will stick to our original intent of unconditional sharing.

The question is. Why do we not do it now? Why do we keep on sowing the needs of non-acceptance, greed, resentment, jealousy and lack. It simply breeds a dysfunctional society, disenfranchising us to claim our ancient birthright of abundance.

What is worse, is that no matter how many teachings we hear, how many Ascended Masters and Archangels elucidate us on matters of Love and caring for our fellow man, literally pleading with us, we just don’t get it. We still stick to the rules of the old world and continue to bask in the realities that creates our lack.

I prefer to align myself to the new reality. And yes, I also doubt, I also have fear of lack, but slowly oh so slowly, it is dissipating in the mists of my past, and I know that those that embrace this new way of being, will be taken care of. We will have abundance. We are protected, as we are the way showers. It is our example that will be followed. So, our imperative in this New World is to share, nurture, feed, teach and create that which is to be our future.

A new global way of being, true to the purity of the original intention of our Creator. We need to embrace that intent, and practice what we preach. Get rid of the fear of sharing.

The Heart of the Dove

Well, here we are. The 11th of the 11th 2009, which numerically, makes another eleven. So, we yet again face that which is unknown, and at times, very challenging. The challenging part is letting go. The time has come for review of purpose, Self and that which simply does not suit our way of being anymore.

You see, as Master Hillarion puts it, we are now compelled to exchange fear for Love. Simply put, it means acceptance of Self, acceptance of the fact that fear is bred only through our own insecurities, doubting nature and self-sabotage. We literally need to “take stock” of our lives, and re-evaluate that which pleases and dis-pleases our beingness.

Taking stock, compels us to review that which has become part of our lives, our behavior patterns and our associations with friends, family and the organised social milieu. Now that in itself is a daunting task, as we face possible ridicule, confrontation and anger, as we let go of those things and people that simply does not serve our lives anymore. Conforming to that which ultimately can cause us emotional or spiritual harm, or those friends and family that uses us in some way, is simply not good enough anymore.

You see, the Authentic Self is good only unto itself, if it coherent within it’s own purpose. Coherence implies that we are true to our nature, not true to the “faux-being” that resides in the super-ego. The super-ego represents the enculturized part of ourselves, and the social cellular imprinting that has been cultivated throughout the ages of man. Conformity, morals and standards, are therefore an imprint. This imprinting is not true to our purpose, viewed against the backdrop of the social revolution that is currently taking place on the planet.

Now some may criticize this statement, but let me explain. The realization that is forming a gestalt at the moment, is that the Self can only be authentic if it is true to the Self. That statement in itself compels us to think very deeply. What is being true to ourselves? How do we define the truth that is wanting to emit from the Soul? How do we detach from that which has been in-bred, now being a part of our cellular structure, for the past three-thousand years?

It is quite easy, actually. We simply need to do some introspection, and look at how we present ourselves to the viewing world around us. Our shop fronts. That which we make visible to others, and that which we hide away, as it is not aspects that resonate with the rules, moral codes and accepted “prototypes” of society. And it is simply called fear. False Evidence Appearing Real. Fear of not being acceptable. Fear of rejection. Fear of loneliness. Fear of loss.

Ultimately, fear of loving the Self.

Anchoring the Heart of the Dove, which is the essence of the 11/11/11 energy, means anchoring the heart of the Self. This new energy now flowing onto the planet, is going to force the conscious Self, to go deep within and realise the One-ness of us all. The one-ness of our galactic heritage, the common traits that we share, which is being withheld from us by fear. Suddenly this veil is going to drop, and we are going to have to face the true uncovered Self.

For some this will be a gentle process, a process of acceptance and honoring. For others it will be a traumatic experience. You see, it will literally make itself visible to us. There will be no place to hide from the Self anymore. It is now going to present itself in no uncertain terms. This process of uncovering the true Self, will sometimes manifest in loss of friends, sudden changes in career, or a change of geographic location. It is just going to work that way.

Friends will disappear, new friends will arrive, associations will be severed, new ones will manifest. Ever wondered, why, when you are in retreat (withdrawal) suddenly your popularity wanes, and most friends do not contact you anymore? Quite simply, on a subtle level, the sub-conscious part of those realise the spiritual nature of this retreat, and are scared to walk that path. So they withdraw, announcing your redundancy. Or, they have been fair-weather friends, maintaining the friendship simply because they got some selfish emotional need satisfied by your association with them.

Off-course, we reciprocate in these alliances as we feel wanted, our emotional need for company is satisfied, our emotional need for acceptance is satisfied, and thus, we conform to this charade of implied friendship in total ignorance of the dynamics which prevails in these false alliances.

Well, the anchoring of the Heart of the Dove is going to expose all of this, compelling us to review that which is our current existence. On many levels, we will have to face the evils of enculturization, self sabotage and lack of discernment.

Most of all, we will have to let go of fear and let in the energy of Love. Love and acceptance for all the aspects of Self which has been denied their full creative flowering and true nature for far too long.

You don’t need to lie. You can say no. You can be yourself, without pandering to the perceptions of the untrue self and others that fuel this deceit.

Take back the power of Love. The power of your true God-being. The power of the Christ-Consciousness, which has been beckoning for eons, simply to be ignored as a result of the needs and wants cultivated by a dysfunctional society, will manifest in full force. And do not be surprised if it is going to be insisting. Resistence will be of no use – it will only become more forceful as we try to ignore it, or wish it away. It will present us with difficulties and challenges untill we align with it.

As the vibrations of our Universe, solar system and Planet is “ascending”, so must ours. And we can only do that if we are prepared to embrace a culture of Love, non-Judgement and Acceptance. And that is what the Heart of the Dove is all about.

Being on the fence is not good enough anymore. We need to exercise honesty to Self and honesty to others, and break the chain of deceit that has prevailed in our global consciousness for far too long. We need to breed social and emotional intelligence, in order to be compassionate to others as well as to the Self, realizing that as much as we are facing an uncertain re-birth, so are they. Have a heart, to coin a phrase. And not just any old heart, your true, God-driven heart. One that shows the caring, trusting, hoping and loving nature of our true being-ness.

So buckle up, if you wish to be a driver. For free passengers will not be allowed. Drive your own life towards its true purpose, because time is up. It is either now or never, as we are compelled to align ourselves with the energy of Self-Realization, which will ultimately culminate in the Ascension of the Universe. And that also implies all that resides in it. Including you, if you so wish.

The gateways to expanding our consciousness is now fully open. Welcome to the emergence of Heaven on Earth.

Much Love and Light

The Rat Race

What follows was sent to me by a close friend – and I thought it so profound that I want to share it with you. Maybe you have seen this, or maybe not. Point is, it follows on what we discussed yesterday – about never doing or speaking or acting. Quite frankly, we have lost the beauty of our spontaneous nature – we are all caught up in the survival race.

The survival race compels us to view life with blinkers – focusing only on that which Kant calls “duty” in his definition of morals. Thing is, even though he does distinguish between the differing meanings and philosophies of the word “duty” – he never ever defines “duty” as something which we owe to ourselves – it is simply a metaphysical term used to define our value systems viz a viz our societal encumbance.

Duty is confused with service to others, our jobs and our daily grinding. But what about ourselves? What about duty to the Self? To live a fulfilling life that has meaning. Have we become so stooped in our own personal little world of “duty” that we have forgotten the Self?

I think we need to re-think our own modus operandi. So read on, and you decide for yourself if this is what you want to be or not. How you want to live or not.

It has certainly opened my eyes. Let us go and climb a mountain, sit at the top, and view ourselves from that perspective – the rat race below. And then decide if we still resonate with this self-induced breeding of discomfort and personal self sabotage.

To me it is akin to self-prostitution. Harsh words, but it makes sense to my encultured mind, which in itself is trying to break free from millennia of doctrines that are limiting.

Enjoy. And as always, much Love and Light

“Too many people put off something that brings them joy just because they haven't thought about it, don't have it on their schedule, didn't know it was coming or are too rigid to depart from their routine. I got to thinking one day about all those people on the Titanic who passed up dessert at dinner that fateful night in an effort to cut back. From then on, I've tried to be a little more flexible.

How many women out there will eat at home because their husband didn't suggest going out to dinner until after something had been thawed? Does the word 'refrigeration' mean nothing to you? I cannot count the times I called my sister and said , 'How about going to lunch in a half hour?' She would gas up and stammer, 'I can't. I have clothes on the line. My hair is dirty. I wish I had known yesterday, I had a late breakfast, It looks like rain' And my personal favorite: 'It's Monday.' She died a few years ago. We never did have lunch together.

Because People cram so much into their lives, we tend to schedule our headaches.. We live on a sparse diet of promises we make to ourselves when all the conditions are perfect! We'll go back and visit the grandparents when we get Steve toilet-trained. We'll entertain when we replace the living-room carpet. We'll go on a second honeymoon when we get two more kids out of college. Life has a way of accelerating as we get older. The days get shorter, and the list of promises to ourselves gets longer. One morning, we awaken, and all we have to show for our lives is a litany of 'I'm going to,' 'I plan on,' and 'Someday, when things are settled down a bit.'

When anyone calls my 'seize the moment' friend, she is open to adventure and available for trips. She keeps an open mind on new ideas. Her enthusiasm for life is contagious. You talk with her for five minutes, and you're ready to trade your bad feet for a pair of Rollerblades and skip an elevator for a bungee cord.

My lips have not touched ice cream in 10 years. I love ice cream. It's just that I might as well apply it directly to my stomach with a spatula and eliminate the digestive process. The other day, I stopped the car and bought a triple-decker. If my car had hit an iceberg on the way home, I would have died happy.

Now...go on and have a nice day. Do something you WANT to...not something on your SHOULD DO list. If you were going to die soon and had only one phone call you could make, who would you call and what would you say? And why are you waiting?

Have you ever watched kids playing on a merry go round or listened to the rain lapping on the ground? Ever followed a butterfly's erratic flight or gazed at the sun into the fading night? Do you run through each day on the fly? When you ask 'How are you?' Do you hear the reply?

When the day is done, do you lie in your bed with the next hundred chores running through your head? Ever told your child, 'We'll do it tomorrow' and in your haste, not see her sorrow? Ever lost touch? Let a good friendship die? Just call to say 'Hi'? When you worry and hurry through your day, it is like an unopened gift ... thrown away.

Life is not a race. Take it slower. Hear the music before the song is over.”

Amen to that!

Anticipation

One of the level four defense mechanisms is “Anticipation”. Level four, meaning that it is universal amongst all human beings, and can sometimes be healthy. And sometimes not. Why? Simply put, it sometimes means that we are planning for our own future discomfort. And we are all guilty of that. It does not only affect our relationships, but also has a profound effect on the psycho-somatic functioning.

Yesterday I read a new channeling by Master Hillarion, which prompted this post. He urges that we cleanse the Self from any negativity, impurities (mental and physical) and start living our truth. This made me think. As always, the Ascended Masters sometimes gives us information which needs to be mulled over in our minds, and the resulting truth that is extracted, will be exactly right for us. So, they allow for us to express and determine our own truth. Talk about allowing free will.

Maybe you are perplexed by the terms “anticipation” as a defense mechanism. But all that it really means is that we sometimes do things, expecting certain results, which then turns out not to be what we expected. It can also mean that we sometimes procrastinate, which implies that we do not express feelings, avoid certain tasks or just plainly ignore some very necessary duties or chores.

The problem with this is manyfold. When we do not express to another how we feel, simply as we are very fearful of the ensuing confrontation, we “bottle up” emotions and feelings. Sometimes we ignore situations, simply because we want them to go away. We allow others to dictate our personal environment for us, rather keeping quiet and not expressing our needs for autonomy, or at least consideration, as to our needs for we are scared of confrontation, or upsetting the status quo.

Worse, as resentment grows, we start enacting a more serious defense mechanism, called Passive Aggression. When employing this defense, we sub-consciously do things to irritate others, or we withdraw our emotional attention and play the ignoring game. We may also withdraw to the extent that our primal needs are masked, and that we start denying our relationships of its main mechanisms, namely honesty, trust and respect. What we are creating here is a condition which will lead to our future discomfort.

In the ensuing aftermath of our emotional reactions, the resentment and miss-trust grows to become evils that we encounter every day of our lives. Anger. Distrust. Resentment. Hate. Plainly our actions have now allowed us to manifest more little defense mechanisms. Now we face lies, deceit and hostility. And why did we do this? What is the underlying reason for this manifestation?

Quite simply, it is the achievement of global and social enculturization. We have been bred to not express, over millennia. The archetypical nature of the human, expressed in it’s Ying and Yang formulation, male and female, anima and animus, whatever you prefer to name it, has finally achieved it intended outcome. It is Freud’s Super-Ego in action. This simply means the enculturized Self.

Once we learn that we have been taught to act in certain ways, as determined by our upbringing, peer pressure, and the institutions that shaped our basic framework of reference, we can start thinking of returning to our original template. And our original template allows for us to be Authentic. Be our Authentic Selves. Just look at a newborn baby. What do they express? What are the basic human emotional impulses?

Trust. Hope. Love. Acceptance. Innocence. Gratitude.

All these terms implies simplicity of being. Yet, as human beings we have been taught that gaining in whatever form, is our way of being, and the basis of our existence. Gain can imply many things, and it can express in many vehicles of personal attainment. It can make us feel secure. In the expression of financial gain, making ourselves secure, can be the vehicle for greed. In the expression of personal growth, it can a the vehicle for self-discovery. In the expression of re-claiming our own spiritual nature, it can be the vehicle for reconnecting to the God-Head.

As always, there is a distinct difference in these mechanisms. Attainment allied to greed and other negative expressions, is not simple. It takes hard work, both physical and mental, planning for gain. It takes hard work sitting down and devising all these nifty little plans to make money, take others for a ride (knowingly or unknowingly), plan our next moves and just make life damn complicated.

It is also hard work planning for our future emotional discomfort, ignoring our own authentic impulses, and rather let sleeping dogs lie, than confront those issues that have the potential to shape our lives as we negotiate our life paths. Being psycho-somatic beings, ie, what affects the mind will affect the physical, we also breed disease. The body will express disease if we bottle up or keep on feeding it with negative vibrations. So why did the sudden flu arrive? Or this headache? It is the body reacting to our own self-imposed limitations of fluid-love expression. Block it, and you will be sick.

What Master Hillarion implies in his wisdom is that we need to take action. We need to clean up, and stay clean. Express when we feel that an injustice has been done, or is being created. Express when we are being denied our rightful place in the personal environment. Express when we feel that we are being done in. Express to someone else when we feel that our own emotional state of being is compromised. Otherwise we create our own dis-ease and resulting discomfort.

We need to re-invent ourselves, and the way we act as Human Beings in this new global emergence. Enculturization is an evil that we can transmute. It allows simply for a social, ethnic and global cult-consciousness the be expressed. We do not think for ourselves any more, or express our own feelings anymore, simply as our super-ego has been indoctrinated with a way of being, devised by others, in a time when that may have been appropriate to the level of development and evolutionary expression of being human.

But that time is over. Welcome to a new way of being, a new consciousness that is now being expressed on the planet. Take back your true authentic power. Be you. Express yourselves. Express your needs. Keep it simple.

After all, in the final analysis – who is to be blamed, or to be lauded? Only you. You make the choices, no-one else. So wise up. Time is up.

Much Love and Light.

Miasms

Why do we always fall in love with the most unsuitable person? Yip, believe it or not, we do. And then we wonder why it all of a sudden goes topsy turvy. Or we may have fallen in love with the most perfect person, and then we find fault. We deliberately go and look for something that makes them wrong, and then that person becomes the most unsuitable person.

Is it not remarkable that the human being will always indulge in that which is not quite right? Yes, we love deeply, and yes, we love with the most uncanny empathy and abandon, but also with deep subconscious needs and insecure motives. So, in a sense we never learn the lesson that is so beautifully displayed by our guides and those Souls that shape and form our lives.

Why do we not just love, we sometimes ask, without any judgement and any questioning? What is this mysterious thing that binds us to personal enculturization, and our resultant behavior patterns?

It is called miasms. Quite simply put, it is cellular memory. It attaches itself to our beingness, as learned patterns of behavior that may have formed through our interactions with peers or family, and may even be the result of genetic imprinting. It has now created an inbred causal pattern, which dictates our very way of being. Miasms is one of the most elegant devises that our Creator has built into our bodies, in order for us to live our lives according to that which we chose, or simply put, our contract that we negotiated for this current existence.

You see, we have free will. When we are Home (at rest, between lives) we literally queue up to re-incarnate again, and when we get the go-ahead, we have to negotiate a contract for our next life, based upon what we want to experience, and lessons or life paths that have not been successfully dealt with. We choose our parents, our family and our experiences. They do not choose us.

So, if we care to alter the way that we view our existence, our emotional experiences and physical hardships, life suddenly becomes much easier. It is only a play, and we have written it ourselves. With much excitement and co-operation, we consulted with all those Souls who will negotiate our life-paths with us, in all the different acts. And so the scenes are set, for that which we will experience on this planet. Sometimes this play may extend over many lifetimes, sometimes only one.

As we enact the script that we have co-created with others, be they good or bad, we have all agreed to it. We have a signed and sealed contract. Someone may cross your path, and cause you immense financial loss. Someone may break your heart. Someone may lead you into the world of drug abuse, or you may be born with physical dis-abilites. And so it goes on.

If we can but realise that all these inconveniences are placed before us, to experience duality, free will, and learn certain life lessons from it, which has as its ultimate purpose spiritual development, then it becomes easier to negotiate.

Miasms built into our cellular memory, either inherited or through enculturization, can also be removed, by simply transmuting the problem it created. They are not Karmic expressions, but certainly have the ability to become such. If we do not learn the lesson in this lifetime, well, we will have to face it again. Transmuting the problem created by miamistic cause is simply making peace with it and letting it go, without judgement or resentful emotions.

Accepting that we will all have to face many conditions and situations in this life-time, makes it easier for us to recognize those lessons, and deal with them from the understanding that both ourselves and the other actors in the play, are simply enacting a script. When it is done, release it, forget it and let it go.

Much like writing a review of the play, or act, that we have just experienced, we need to be able to criticize, dissect and evaluate our own performance. And then vow to do better next time, go over the script again, until we have it memorized. The personal subconscious can then imprint a new behavior pattern, or at least delete the previous file from our memory.

Being conscious of our behavior patterns and personal interaction with others in our environment, makes this easy to achieve. It is just that we have to recognize it. Once we have accepted that it is just a play, with a multitude of actors, we become empowered. So much so that we have the ability to free flow with that which is presented to us, detach from it, and view it from a different perspective. Then we can allow ourselves to make intelligent decisions, and be in charge, without losing out on our spontaneity.

Try it. It works.

And do not forget to honour your co-actors. Good or bad. They have helped you in more ways than you know.

Much Love and light

Mind Power - continued

As always, I get distracted when delving to deep into a subject. This is the intuitive creativity, which can sometimes be insistent, and at times, will drive us to a state of utter exhaustion. Let us look at the pure science of Mind Power, or, Consciousness.

Yesterday I opened the blog with the expression “the One-ness of All”, and never seemed to get there. Well, today I will attempt to explain it. We are now aware, that the mind works like a transmitter / receiver. Some of you may dispute that, but think back a couple of years.

Earlier in our culture’s history, the idea of all space being filled with unseen information
carrying fields would have seemed totally bizarre and unbelievable. When Newton
introduced the idea of the gravitational field (an unseen entity whose existence can
be detected only by its effects on matter), many of his contemporaries found the idea too
“unreal” to be taken seriously, yet by now, with hundreds of channels of radio and TV
signals passing unseen around us every moment, we can more easily grasp how our minds may work.

But it does not stop there. Everything in creation consists of Light. It is called photon energy – or light energy. Bio-photons are present in the body’s cellular structure, and relay information, or is the causal mechanism for interdimentional communication. Every living cell transmits and receives energy across the electromagnetic spectrum from radio waves through infrared, visible and ultraviolet wavelengths. Biophotons provide the means for near instantaneous communication throughout our bodies, and create an intricate web of energy within ALL living systems.

It has now been discovered by science (Popp, 1974) that bio-photons direct and activate all physiological processes. Furthermore, bio-photons seems to affect each and every other similar system. The holographic bio-photon field of the brain and the nervous system, and maybe even that of the WHOLE organism, may also be basis of memory and other phenomena of consciousness, as suggested by neurophysiologist Karl Pribram and others. The consciousness-like coherence properties of the Biophoton field are closely related to its base in the properties of the physical vacuum and indicate its possible role as an interface to the non-physical realms of mind, psyche and consciousness.

What we also know, is that bio-photons will affect instantaneously all other cells, universally. According to the Biophoton theory developed on the base of these discoveries the Biophoton light is stored in the cells of the organism - more precisely, in the DNA molecules of their nuclei - and a dynamic web of light constantly released and absorbed by the DNA may connect cell organelles, cells, tissues, and organs within the body and serve as the organism's main communication network, and as the principal regulating instance for ALL life processes. The processes of morphogenesis, growth, differentiation and regeneration are also explained by the structuring and regulating activity of the coherent Biophoton field.

It now also explains metaphysical terms like Prana, energy channels (meridians), “chi” energy and practices like hands-on healing. Bio-photons are literally the carriers of Light information within our bodies, which interconnects on a Universal scale, with all other bio-photonic fields, instantaneously. The hand chakras, according to eastern medicine and metaphysical practice, are believed to transfer healing bio-photons from one organism to another.
Furthermore, through on-going experiments, that bio-photons in diseased cells will emit a lower radiance than healthy cells. This has huge implications for the medical fraternity, as it is now possible to detect illness’ like cancer through non-invasive diagnosis, simply by scanning the body with the correct light-sensing equipment.

What this all implies, in the context of the One-ness of all, is that we are all interconnected, through unseen fields of intelligence. We are all connected, through forces of creation that we still do not fully understand. Kirlean photography has also proved this beyond doubt.

We are being told now, that the light quotient in our bodies are rising, as we are preparing for a consciousness “reboot”. More Light is now being pumped into our bodies and onto the planet, in order to prepare us for a change in vibration, or a new phase in our spiritual evolution. In more esoteric terms, we are being prepared for ascension, which does not imply that we are all going to disappear into a serene mist, as visualized by “The Celestine Prophecy”. Our consciousness is being altered, or, the Christ-Consciousness is being anchored into our being.

As the complete Universe is going through this profound ascension, all that is part of it must follow suit. We have no option. We are all One. Some souls may not want to be part of the process, and depart the planet, only to continue their spiritual process in a location with similar vibrational patterns from which they have departed, if they so choose.

So in a sense we are being prepared for a new dispensation. We are moving a rung up on the ladder of spiritual development and awareness, where we can create a totally new society based on compassion, co-operation and sharing of resources. In that existence, negativity will not have a place.

So, hold onto your hats. It is going to be quite a ride!

Mind Power

How often do we give any thought about Universal One-ness? Do we really know what it means? And, are we aware of the subtle importance of this concept?

When we dissect this, and break it up into components, it would make more sense, but firstly we need to acknowledge an important fact. The human mind has been designed to act like a radio transmitter / receiver. It will beam out intent and thoughts, which will then be intersected and downloaded by another receiver / transmitter, if the thought or intent frequency matches up. These frequency thought waves can be universal and personal.

Let me explain. The personal thought environment (conscious mind) will communicate with itself only, if it so desires. If it wishes to, it can also send thought waves to another. This can then be telepathically, or intuitively, picked up by the recipient. This is the mind in fully conscious, creative and passive meditative mode. In this mode, it functions in the Now.

When the personal unconscious mind springs into action, the mind indiscriminately beams out thoughts to its surroundings on a collective basis, rather than it being directed at one person. Be these thoughts good or bad, does not matter, but what is sure is that it will have an effect on that which makes up the individual’s personal environment, animate or in-animate. This is the out-of-control mind, which has no cognizance of its immediate thoughts, and therefore creates unrealistic assumptions and thought forms, ruling supreme in the neither regions of our psyche. Most people manifest passively and unconsciously; they are victims of how their unconscious thoughts and words manifest outcomes in their lives.

Next in line is the collective unconscious, which is influenced by the collective consciousness, on a global, cultural and ethnic scale. Enculturization is it’s major function, which creates the gestalt of how we operate in this world, according to rules and moral codes, which influence our behavior patterns, which are thought to be in our best interests, be they miss-guided or not.

We simply need to look at Nazi Germany, Taoism, Afrikaner Supremacy, the Black Consciousness movement, to name a few, to see what devastating or mind altering effects the collective mind can have. We can also look at the positive side of this, and notice how we can enculturize societies for the good, rather than the bad. Jesus Christ is one such example, having changed the consciousness of the world, although in many cases now distorted, and no longer aligned with the essence of his teachings.

One of the greatest challenges in life is in understanding just how powerful our thoughts are. We human beings are constantly manifesting. The power to manifest is already a part us. It is our Being. We manifest through our body, mind and soul. Our thoughts, words, and actions are our tools. We manifest in our lives that upon which we focus.

It is very important for us, who want to be conscious creators, to become exquisitely aware of what we focus on, consciously and unconsciously, and how to directly engage our thoughts, words and actions so that we are more productively working towards creating the world, or environment, which we want. We need to rid ourselves of the victim hood of Self.

Simply put, we create our own reality, through thinking it. Our creative thoughts can be put into action through negative emotions like hate, fear, jealousy or greed. This will simply manifest negativity for us, festering away in our minds at the speed of light. The more energy we give it, the bigger and more destructive it becomes.

On the other hand, if we apply our creative thoughts to a positive manifestation, or consciously try to create a positive outcome, and give that energy (and do we ever?), that will also manifest. It is simple. Intent matches outcome, the simple but powerfull Law of Attraction.

For once, and especially in this new global climate of change, let us be conscious of how we think and act, which can save us from our destructive Selves.

We have the power, the will, all at the ready sitting in our God Mind. Ready for tapping it’s potentials and endless creative abilities.

Use it well, unless you want it to use you.

Compassion

Many teachers have spoken eloquently about compassion as the deep awareness of the suffering of another, coupled with the desire to relieve that suffering. This is certainly true, and proves the magnanimous qualities that the human being embodies. Trust, hope, love and faith.

However, when we become a little detached from our compassion, and start viewing it as our sincere intent to display “a caring for”, rather than “a feeling sorry for” someone, it takes on a different meaning altogether. All too often we forget that through the law of Cause and Effect, that person has created his /her own state of being, and set of circumstances.

That set of circumstances is an enactment of the Soul Purpose. It is really quite simple. We agreed to face a set of circumstances, while incarnated onto this planet, for this lifetime. And it is up to us to negotiate this path, in order to learn the lessons, or advance our Spiritual Beingness.

In Afrikaans, we have a wonderful saying, in terms of assisting others, when they face certain circumstances. “Van die wal af tot in die sloot”. Simply translated, in means pushing someone further into the ditch.

You see, helping others, means guiding and teaching others. It is still their free will, and teaching how to plant that which you ultimately reap, should be our true expression of compassion. Feeling sorry for someone, and aiding them by sympathizing and patting on the back saying “you poor thing”, actually achieves nothing. It simply re-enforces the feeling of despair, and the morass of depression has just become a little deeper.

Truth be told, we do not know how people really feel, when they face emotional turmoil. We have not been there, have not walked one inch in their shoes. And as the human being enacts only their shop fronts, while the back of house is hidden away for no-one else to see, we can only act on what is displayed in the picture window.

So, are we really helping by displaying compassion, and empathy? I think not, as empathy and compassion implies that we truly know how others think. That we have been there. And we may have been, but the set of circumstances would have been vastly different. So, in truth, although the intent is good, we are lying through our noses.

Ok, so what now, you ask?

Think about this.

In the context of the new intelligence that is seating itself on our planet, compassion is an active desire to assist others to align with the new fields of intelligence that are manifesting right now. We also need to be aware that our ability to align to this new intelligence is distorted by our social and secular enculturation.

It does not accurately reflect our intelligence, spiritual inclinations, or purpose. The planet we live on is intelligence unto itself. It is both physical and has very high frequency energetic structures just as we do. It is shifting from the 3rd dimension to the higher 4th dimension and it has been planning this before humanity was even seeded on the planet.

A necessary evil of this process is to transmute accumulated negative energy and karmic cause from one dimension before passing into a higher dimensional grid, or consciousness.

Compassion therefore is extended to both our fellow beings and the planet itself with the realization that we are part of one another’s destiny if only for a single lifetime. Planet and person is one in the master plan of God, in a collaborative process of regeneration and renewal.

We are all part of this mysterious energetic synergy that is occurring between our solar system and the universe, and as earth transforms it's accumulated densities each of us will be challenged to transform our own, or become further embedded in our fears and emotional turmoil.

In short, together with this Universe, we are facing our own re-surrection.

So, let us re-visit the teachings of Jesus, and follow his example. Compassion is assisting in the Soul-growth of others, not in the dishing out of money and miss-aligned sympathy. Let us teach one-another to fish in this very new reality, and so develop our own spiritual competence.

After all. That is what Jesus sought to teach us. If we would only but listen.

Creative Imagination

Many times I am asked..”How do I connect with the Inner Self, or the Higher Self?”

It is really quite simple, once we know how to trust the process of Creative Imagining. Creative imagining is nothing else but thought patterns from the brain that indicates that we are in control of the babbling idiots.

If we look at the twelve major chakras, we see that they are divided into four categories: Physical, emotional, spiritual and ethereal. The ethereal chakras are the ones associated with our creativity. Creativity is the ultimate expression of our God Power. It is through the process of creativity, that we paint, compose music, devise marketing strategies, write poetry and books, develop transport systems, design spectacular buildings and grow food. It literally creates and supports life and society, on the many levels of necessary function.

When we look at composers like Beethoven and Mozart, we muse over their creative musical abilities. We look at the art of Renoir, and contemplate the philosophies of Plato and Aristotle. And we wonder – where did they get that from? How could they create all of this, and we are seemingly unable to connect to the state of creative imagining that they had? Very often, Beethoven’s work is said to be spiritual, ethereal, and certainly some of his later sonatas have this quality, as does the works of Mozart. It is pure simple beauty. And very meditative.

And that is the key. Meditation. In order to detach from the conscious mind, we need to practice the art of meditation. Once the brain is still, it can access those realms of creativity that we sometimes think are not attainable. But it certainly is. Meditation is a discipline which is really very easy, once we get the jist of it.

There are three types of meditatitive states. Concentration, Active Meditation and Passive Meditation.

Concentration means that we will the brain to focus on one single problem – whatever that may be. Important though, is to remember that it is still a creative process. Through concentration we divise strategies, solve problems and connect to the inner resource of rational creativity. Here the mind focus is on the needs of the moment. The How and Why. And it all happens in the realms of imagining, or imaging. For instance, we take a brief from a client, and we run with it. That is conscious creativity. And in it’s own right, it is an art form that has the power to transform complete cultures.

Active meditation, on the other hand, is the conscious effort to still the mind in order to connect with the Higher Self, or the Ethereal realms of our spiritual existence. It is here where we discover the beauty of the Inner Self, and get messages from our Guides and other Inner Sources, revealing Universal Wisdom. Many will shy away from this statement, but true it is. In the stillness created by the meditative state, we are more open to receiving the gentle voice of our Higher Self, and with creative imagination, the discourse between ourselves and the unseen starts. Are we mad, we ask? Am I hearing voices? Why am I talking to myself? Truly, the experience can be a bit disconcerting at first, but just trust that all is indeed as it should be.

By ignoring these voices in the head, we discourage communion with the Self, and ultimately, communion with God. Here we mine the riches of our personal memory bank, which contains all the information from previous times, as well as our current existence. Mining these riches brings a better understanding of how we function and co-create our lives with those around us. We simply need to participate in the conversation. That is all that is required. Sometimes we do not even remember any of it afterwards, but be assured, it is stored and at the ready to be accessed when required.

Passive Meditation, is the state we easily reach once we have mastered active meditation. All that happens is that we connect intuitively with the creative source of the Universal Self. It is in this state that music, visual and literary art is born. It is here where we devise the stage design for a play. When we connect so intuitively, purely and honestly, with that creative force called imagination, we start producing truly astonishing results.

Passive meditation comes very easy, once the mind has been trained through concentration and active meditation. It involves opening and emptying the mind, and filling it with the creative imagination of our Higher Selves. We are intuitively guided by this inner force, to co-create, in a sense, the purist of thoughts and ideas, and put them down on paper for all to see, hear and enjoy.

Discounting creative imagination and meditation, robs us of one of the most important activities that we can perform. For that is the difference in either creating or not. And as we are creating all day long, we are doing it anyway. Maybe just a little misguided, or maybe just a little unconsciously.

Make it real. Still the mind. Connect with the miracle of You. You may be surprised what you find there. Off course, it takes discipline to go and sit down and do it. But it also takes discipline to go to the gym every day, or empty the trash can, or perform those mundane duties that we always have to nag ourselves to do. All that these activities achieve though, is to satisfy the daily need for existence or ego satisfaction.

Meditation asks none of that from you. It simply offers riches beyond your imagination.

And it does not cost a cent.

Love and light to you.

Fear and doubt

More often than not, when faced with uncertainty, that old evil “doubt” raises its ugly head. Doubts about our validity, our abilities, our purpose and the personal environment. And in the ensuing mind dialogue, we achieve nothing. We just further strengthen the doubt. The unconscious part of our being is now fully in charge, and makes quite sure that doubt turns into fear.

On Friday we spoke about expectations. These are sometimes created by others, as the result of an undertaking, but mostly, we create it ourselves. The mind has the ability to create, through its own will and power, scenarios which does not exist, or merely exist in the imagination, concocted through insecurities, need and fear.

Let us take a simple example, which can apply to a great many things.

Am I good enough?

What is it that we implicitly imply here? Is it doubt? Yes. Is it fear? Yes. Is it insecurity? Yes. If we question more, we shall see that we can associate doubt with most, if not all, of the negative emotions displayed by us. Simply put, the human species is infatuated with worry and drama. We like it. We cannot live without it. We continually worry and doubt.

In this mind action, we create fear. It permeates our thoughts, actions and attitudes to such an extent, that it saturates our vibrational being ness. We literally beam it out. If we are insecure about a situation, or doubtful about an outcome, then we start emanating that vibration of emotional insecurity.

Our loved ones may then ask “what is wrong?” We will reply, nothing, of course. Nothing is wrong. Yet again we are lying through our teeth. Much is wrong, but we are simply too scared to tell them, as we are scared as to what their possible reaction may be. Yet again, fear and insecurity.

Do we ever ask ourselves, “What is it that I am scared off?” No we don’t, we are too scared to face the answer, so we cut it off and we carry on dreaming up scary monsters, wicked wrong-doers, doom and gloom.

In this lies the nature of our own human-ness. We create our reality on the subtle mental and astral planes, which are intangible. They are the domain of the mind. It is created by thought and thus forms its own little gestalt, which permeates our being-ness and influences our social behavior patterns.

Again, being unconscious at this stage, we pay no heed to the other players in our little mind game; it is only us that count here. We are being selfish to the extent that we start alienating those that care for us, and share our daily lives. Worse, we are all guilty of it, at times.

Have we ever given thought to the fact that we are being predictive in our mind games? That we are creating outcomes by simply giving our fears, doubt and mind-games energy? And if so, that these predictions may have different outcomes, if we simply apply that energy in a different, more appropriate way? No we don’t. We are simply to unconscious of that fact. The mind is now infatuated with its own drama and will not allow consciousness to take hold. We are being controlled.

Being conscious of these little games that we play, in order to satisfy the needs of the encultured ego, for that is what it is, can help us achieve the lives that we wish to live. We simply need to be conscious. Turn the fear into truth. Turn the doubt into trust. Turn the insecurities into power, by speaking them, and transmuting them.

When we face fear, doubt and insecurity on their terms, we are doomed. When we align them with our consciousness, as players in the game that can aid us in our efforts to be masters of our own creations, we win. We need to control them, for we are the major players here.

Fear is simply false evidence appearing real. We cannot read the minds of others, predict their reactions, control their behavior patterns or judge their emotions, and resulting outcomes. So what do we do? We fall into the trap of doubt and fear, which creates insecurity and untold emotional mayhem.

It is time for us to take charge of our own creations.

Let us be truthful, let us speak our minds, let us negotiate life’s little up’s and downs with integrity and trust. Let us calm down the constant destructive chatter of our fearful psyche, as it is simply creating untruth’s that will disenfranchise us.

We will be quite surprised at what we unearth, in the rich mines of our interactive consciousness.

Better be ready for your own emancipation….or as Master Kuthumi said:

“If you always do as you always did, you always get what you always got”

Sticking to our Guns

Very often we just to not feel like doing something. It can be a chore, attending a meeting, or fulfilling a promise. Yet somehow, we either keep postponing, or our minds insist on trying to find a reason, or excuse, not to do it. It is akin to the little angel on the left shoulder, urging us on, and the little devil on the right shoulder, holding us back.

Some times this is just procrastination. Other times there is an underlying psychological problem, which produces the block. Mostly though, it is practical considerations, which the ego-mind then tries to rationalize in a very complicated way. Maybe we just do not feel like it, or we have an early meeting the next day, in which we need to focus, or the budgy is sick, or we have exhausted our budget, and need to conserve our resources.

The ten thousand babbling idiots then enter with a vengeance, trying to construct the most credible excuse, while they attempt to validate our own insecure position. And off we go on a mental tangent, concocting with alacrity the little white lies that the ego-mind helps us to rationalize, re-construct and re-invent, until it is satisfied that we can get away with it.

Bingo. We have just created a pitfall for ourselves. As we pick up the phone to excuse ourselves, we mumble and stutter, and the truth is out. Or, as we are phoned by someone else, to whom we have made a promise, we mumble and stutter and we have successfully discredited ourselves.

Do we ever learn from this? Mostly, no. We simply amble along with our ingrained behavior patterns and aversions mindlessly, not taking any cognizance of what we have created. And it is not our fault, mostly. We block this knowledge out. We become unconscious to its existence, as we are being protected by the ego self. Through guilt the conscious self eventually intervene, and we cannot stare that person in the face, or the ego rationalizes it away again.

I wonder sometimes if we know what damage we do. Quite simply, if we have made a promise, we have created expectancy, or concluded a contract. Breaking the contract, invokes the law of Cause and Effect. And promises can also take the form of innuendo’s, like, yes, I am interested in you, inviting closer romantic contact, created by need, only to find out later that the interest has waned unexpectedly. Now we have broken a heart.

And do we really know how these mindless little actions will affect the other party? How many promises they may have made that relies on our promise? How they may be in need of love and affection? And how it is going to affect us and them? No, not really, as we try to ignore it. By doing that, we create future discomfort for ourselves and other people, as we invoke negative emotions and maybe ensuing disagreements and conflict.

Why can we not just be honest?

Information allows us to alter our plans, make other arrangements. Phone, say how you feel. The budgy is sick. I have no petrol money. I don’t love you. Even though we or the other party may be confronted by disappointment, we have given a true reason for our actions. We have allowed other options to be explored, and created freedom, in the ensuing aftermath. And just maybe that person will understand your position. If not, well, at least you have tried.

Honesty and integrity goes hand in hand. Together they form a bond of trust. Trust breeds respect. Respect breeds loyalty. And loyalty breeds Love, in whatever manifestation.

So let us practice truth, as this creates honesty and integrity, which are the building blocks for emotional and personal freedom.

In the context of this little wisdom, if you do not owe anyone anything, you are free to express the Authentic Self.

Forgiveness

Forgiveness operates out of the truth that each of us is doing the best we can under the circumstance of our life experience, and the degree to which our love frequency saturates our human expression.

When a person operates from the Higher Heart and the rich textures of its authentic frequencies, forgiveness is a natural state of acceptance. When a perceived injustice enters our experience - no matter how significant or whether we perceive ourselves to be the cause or the effect, we may initially react with the sharp emotions of victim hood or annoyance, but this emotional clutter and distortion can be quickly transformed by experiencing understanding, compassion, forgiveness, appreciation.

This is the emotional vehicles that transform victim hood or co-reaction into the creation of light-ness, leaving behind only the purest frequency of love stripped of all purpose.

Forgiveness is really the outward expression of understanding and compassion without the heavy sentiments of duality (i.e., good and bad) that always introduce the presence of judgment, resentment and blame.

It is a neutral expression without design or purpose other than to release us from the clutches of time, which is similar to energetic quicksand, making us sink deeper into a time-based emotional state.

We can never predict outcomes, no matter how carefully we plan or try to anticipate the behavior of others, and most importantly, ourselves. Kant maintained that “the conditions under which what ought to happen frequently does not “, and he was quite correct.

The set of conditions according to which we plan today, may not be applicable anymore tomorrow, for surely, the only truth that there is, is change. Herein lies the essense of forgiveness. Even though we may plan carefully and anticipate that which may or may not be, we are, and are not, in control.

Variables always present themselves in our planning. Be it a personal relationship, financial agreement, planning a holiday, or merely going to the supermarket, we never know quite what is going to present itself in our life path.

We come to this planet to experience duality, and align with our purpose, which is personal and spiritual growth. When we are not in physical manifestation, i.e. discarnate, we make agreements with those Souls who will present themselves in our next incarnation, in order to create opportunities for our growth, which will enable us to enact our purpose for that given physical experience.

So, we agree with one-another to provide opportunities for growth, and as such, same agreements contains elements of both good and bad. For instance, emotional ease can only be cultivated by experiencing emotional dis-ease. Through experiencing any weakness, we learn how to negotiate that very same experience, when it presents itself again. Either we learn the lesson or we don’t, in which case it will keep on presenting itself, until we acquire the skills to avoid it, or, in the case of emotions, become mature in how we deal with it, and transmute it. This may take many lifetimes to accomplish.

Once we understand that the personal environment has a purpose of it’s own, and that we are not always in charge, we can start forgiving ourselves, and those that help us create the little dramas that brings us ever closer to being a better human.

So we need to continiously remind ourselves that we are enriched, daily, by negotiating life on this harsh planet. It is simply a game, an experience, and we need to play it well. We need to detach from the ourcomes and forgive ourselves and others, if things go wrong. Because they will, even though we are always co-creating these maladies to align with our Soul purpose.

Let us thank those who brought, and will still bring us hardship, instead of blaming, festering and creating our little individual soap operas. It serves no purpose, for in our purist expression, we planned this life to the last little detail.

Forgive Self. Forgive others. And live within the understanding that all is always in absolute perfection.

Much Love and Light

Energy transfer

Everything is energy. From our thoughts, to a star exploding, a seed geminating, it is all pure energy. The big problem is, that this energy, whatever it is, a thought or an action, can either be borne out of Good or Bad.

If we consider that the intent of the Universe is always Love, and that the original intent of God, when he created man, was Love, then we need to consider ourselves as an expression of Love. Embedded in the genetic make-up of the human being there is only trust, love and hope. This is the human being in its purist expression. When a child is born, we can all feel the vulnerability of that pure Love expression. And so it should be, as we recognize the greatness of creation, in its original intention.

As we start to grow up, however, we are subjected to human environment, in all its expressions of disfunctionality, negative emotions, enculturization and social norms and codes of conduct. In this lies the great paradox – we are stripped from the original intention - and with good reason as well. When we embark on this journey on planet earth, or any other physical plane, our main reason for being here is to learn and grow, and ultimately, express our spirituality, and rebirth the original intention.

This journey is observed by the mind. The mind acts like your e-mail – sending and receiving information, or like a radio frequency, beaming a signal which is received by your radio. So this radio station signal, of which there are literally millions on this planet, or email recipient, of which there are billions, will be received by the intended recipient or target. The stronger the signal, or connection, the more clearly or faster it is received.

If we understand that the mind acts like a telepathic transmitter / receiver, we realize that it is a very powerfull tool indeed. Like we have been told in The Secret, once an intention is out there, it will manifest. What the intention is, and how it manifests, is up to us. Suffice to say that it is encumbant on us to take responsibility for that intention, and the causation and effect. What you sow you shall reap.

The same is true for our own thoughts and actions towards others. If we have had a failed relationship, and we are now really peed-off, the incessant chattering of malice, hate, blame and revenge starts taking hold in our minds. The ten thousand babbling idiots have arrived, in full force. Being emotionally traumatized, causes our psyche to go into unconscious mode. In other words, we do not think anymore, we let the other aspects of Self think for us. We literally sit on the side-line, while this discourse of evil is being bred and fostered by the ego and unconscious mind.

What makes it even worse, is that all the aspects of Self, which feel that they have been let down, will participate. And those aspects need not be confined to this physical life only – they can come from beyond this expression. As our minds will always retain the information and lessons gained in previous lives, stored in hidden folders, this is when they emerge. So we have this dysfunctional discourse, or dare we even say democratic process, going on in the psyche.
One thing we can be sure off, is that our malicious thoughts will reach the recipient. And as the human being is a psycho-physical unit, what affects the mind will affect the physical body, and visa versa. So, if we wish ill upon that recipient, be sure that the ill will manifest, in whatever form. But manifest it will.

This is akin to black magick. It is well recorded that magick works with Intention. As what you project into the Cosmos returns multiplied, every minute increment of energy cast out causes an enormous difference to the success of the Intention. That's how an “Intention Magician” can get such increased power. The more you feed it, the greater the effect.

Feeding our bad thoughts towards others is pure evil. Emotions like jealousy, hate, resentment and blame, by virtue of their nature, can and will cause emotional and physical manifestation in the Life Field of the recipient. If you wish physical illness, financial disaster or emotional trauma on someone else, it has the potential to manifest in their Life Field, in whatever form or expression.

Same goes for gossip – which is usually not intended to reach the recipient, but it does. Talking about others in the negative will reach them and have a profound effect on them. It can manifest as a feeling of un-ease, or if the person is intuitive or have well developed ESP, but not aware of same, even physical and emotional dis-ease like nausea, headaches and depression. And all off this around a cup of tea and cream scones.

Those who read these little messages, or follow this blog, are aware, or are nurturing their own emerging awareness.

So, let us take heed of what we think, what we do, and remain in the Now. The Now simply means that we are conscious of our own actions and reactions. Let us be aware of what and how we think. Yes, we need to leave the Now every once in awhile, in order to make rational decisions and plan our existential path. It is required that we are aware of that as well, lest we just amble along into disaster, or, planning for our own discomfort.

We need to return to the original Human Intention. Trust, Hope, Nurturance and Love. That is all we require, in the final analysis. So let us detach from that which brings only discomfort for the Self and others. Stop the fear mongering, destructive chatter and let us express our purist intentions.

And be that which God intended for a change, for that is exactly whom and what we are. Co-creators with God. We have just forgotten a little, so let us rekindle our true purpose.

Much Love and Light to You.

Love Thyself

Remember the late sixties, early seventies? Well, maybe some can, while others were still not even born!

The sixties and seventies were epitomized by a new breed of human. Post world war two society sought to express in a different way – and thus new freedom was born. The light-ness of being after the horror of the holocaust, nuclear warfare and the like gave birth to a new creative expression. Elvis Presley was gyrating with Blue Suede Shoes, the peace sign reigned supreme, and the Beatles became a household name. Flower people, or hippies, soon became a cult that expressed personal and sexual freedom.

The fashion industry followed suit, the mini skirt was born, and gone was short-cropped hairstyles for men. Along with this, a new representation of the acceptable human form was born. Big and butch was out, thin and waif-like was in. Men identified less with the masculine form, and woman identified less with the fuller figure.

Enter icons like Twiggy and the Rolling Stones.

The advertising industry and fashion houses embarked onto a relentless drive to feed the masses with this new standard of dictated acceptance. Thin was in. Very thin. In its wake, diseases like bulimia and anorexia became rampant, fed by the new “diet industry”, which produced eating regimes focusing on malnutrition. We were not acceptable anymore if we were not thin, bony and looked like something from a world-war two concentration camp.

This type of mass social-enculturization has left an indelible mark on global society. The emotional evils that emerged from this generation, are still lurking around, in the form of the mindset, or gestalt that it has formed. This mind-set also gave rise to a new breed of plastic surgeons, who specialized in making people look good. Facelifts, body lifts, and heavens knows what else, was now de rigueur.

Simply put, if we did not conform to these new societal rules and norms, we were not acceptable. Young children of the day were continually bombarded with this mind-altering doctrine. Teenage girls were always on diet, fed by insecurities bred by mothers who feared rejection if they did not conform. Same with other sub-cultures, where you would not find a partner if you did not represent the acceptable standard of appearance.

In retrospect, we surrendered to mass emotional genocide. We have successfully allowed Big Brother to dictate our own being ness, without even noticing it. The psychological fall-out is fear, anxiety, hate and a miss-alignment of energy. Self sabotage has led us into a social environment where we are being dictated to, instead of us determining our own destiny or social acceptance.

It is time for us to accept ourselves for whom and what we are. In the final analysis, we are human beings, with differing cultural backgrounds and morphological shapes. Morphic resonance determines our appearance, which is determined by evolution based on the needs as dictated by our environmental circumstances, and the ethnic groups that we belong to.

Do we find in cultures, like the Amazonian Indians, that they have been subjected to this enculturization? No. As a result of their isolated environment, they could not give a continental about what they look like. That is just who and what they are. And they love themselves, the earth, and all that they re-present. They are happy.

It is time for us to accept that we are who we are. We do not need to change our authentic-ness in order to appease others. We are beautiful beings who have been created to express love, trust, nurturance and hope. Yet we forget all these human attributes. Our woman bears children, which changes the physiological shape of the body, and so what? Do we really have to go on mega-diets in order to ensure that we will still be loved and cared for? Do we really have to conform to what the You magazine tells is acceptable, and the Men’s Health magazine tell the men-folk what they must look like?

Off course, we must exercise and be healthy. Eat sensibly, in order to sustain and nurture our bodies, which harbor the Soul in this physical expression.

We are breeding a new world. And this world must represent our human-ness. Beings of Light and Love that must nurture one-another, love one-another, respect one-another, and play the game fairly and beautifully.

We cannot continue to ignore the evils of social enculturization. For once, let us stand in our own greatness.

Spiritual Incumbency

Incumbency is defined in the English dictionary as a duty or obligation. However, if we look closely at the word and the meaning as pertinent in this discussion, the word as derived from Latin, presents the principle of “incumbre, to lean upon, or apply oneself to”.

A very good friend told me the other day, “it is incumbent on others to perform, in order for us to perform”. This may be true in business, as we provide a service for which there has to be an energy exchange, which will enable us to perform another energy exchange, in the form of money or obligations owed to someone else. We can all wholeheartedly agree with this statement, but what about the subtle meaning which lies buried here?

It is very easy for us to ascribe responsibility to others, instead of ourselves. “Oh, we cannot do this, for so and so have not done that”. So, we relinquish our own right of choice and therefore disenfranchise ourselves. Disenfranchising the Self is akin to personal sabotage. Again, mostly, this is the subtle ego-intrusion, or subconscious exerting itself as our “protector”, or regulator of our inner world and desired aversions. We do not feel like doing something, therefore we avoid it.

Spiritual emergence places incumbency on the Self to explore and find the hidden treasures that resides in our Inner Self. The Inner Self cannot be explored, if there is not coherence in the interactions of all the subtle bodies, which makes up the human psyche. We always have good intentions, we buy a book on spirituality, and we start reading it, simply to put it aside for another day. Then we buy another one, read a few pages, and put that aside as well.

This is the encultured ego / intellect at work. The intellect has its own agenda that is reflected in many of the older eastern religions. Most of the techniques in these religions, like meditation and yoga, were based on the idea of getting the intellect out of the way so the Higher Self or Soul could speak to us from its perspective. The belief is that the intellect is a tyrant that wants to be in control at all times.

It is terrified that the other parts of you are getting to close to the truth, and therefore is very busy trying to present its case so that no one else gets to give control to anyone but the intellect / ego. The Higher Self is very patient and shy so in this contest the intellect and its “crisis” energy seems to win the contest until we pacify it and quieten it down, for it is incessantly chattering, which the Sufis refer to as the ten thousand babbling idiots.

Often when we decide to become spiritual, or embrace the journey, the intellect wants to run that search also explaining that it is the only part that really cares about our learning. The intellect immediately then starts a process called "seek but do not find". So you put down the books you have bought, as the ego / intellect does not recognize “truth in spirituality” since it uses logic and not a “heart feeling” to analyze the information.

It is incumbent on us to pacify the intellect / ego into submission, in order for it to align to our purpose. Allowing it free reign to determine our life path, instead of the Authentic Self, limits us in our search for true spirituality.

We must submit to the quiet prompts of the Higher Self, as it wishes to exert itself in our lives. That is after all our purpose, to grow into an awareness of that which we truly are, the inner power that resides within, and our closeness to Source.

Quieten down the ten thousand babbling idiots. And start listening to the Soul. Only then will we reclaim our true heritage as children of the Universe. We are all made of the same stuff, therefore we have the potential of being The Same Stuff!

Let us reclaim our Power over the lower mind impulses. It is incumbent upon us, as the ultimate spiritual imperative.

Much Love.

Detaching from the Outcomes

I have pondered for the last few days….what is it with us human beings, that we monger fear in ourselves? Why are we so insecure that we need validation for everything and anything we do or represent?

Fear. The old enemy of the Self, which is a manifestation of self-doubt, expectation of outcomes and just plain anticipatory behavior. Fostering this fear in the Self, just gives it more power. The more you feed it, the more it insists on staying in your energy field. And boy oh boy, it becomes bigger and bigger, until you can think of nothing else but just that fear. Say hello to the unconscious state of being....

Fear is actually quite a sophisticated defense mechanism. Classed as a level 4 defense mechanism, which means that it is practiced by emotionally healthy adults, it is termed as anticipation – or planning for our future discomfort. Yip, we continue to feed our anticipation of outcomes, which breeds insecurity which breeds fear. We forget the subtle interplay of other factors, which we cannot account for.

Take heed of the words of Kant, the eminent philosopher, “we must also consider the conditions under which what ought to happen frequently does not”. In modern psychology, we so often to not recognize that other factors determine our behaviour, and those of the individuals that shares our personal environment. We cannot account for that which drives their decisions and behaviour patterns. Things go wrong. Period.

If it is a business transaction, a personal transaction, or emotional transaction, it matters not, we cannot control the outcomes. What we need to remember though, is that at it’s core, every transaction made always has good intentions, and that transactions manifest. How they manifest, cannot be controlled by the individual. It is a game with many players, and as such, the transaction is only a probability.

Detaching from the outcomes, is a very empowering act. It removes us from expectations, which removes us from insecurity, and therefore removes us from fear.

Fear is simply False Evidence Appearing Real. And we create it ourselves. If you have created a transaction, for that is an intent, or need, with integrity as to the expected outcome, then simply detach. For your Higher Self will always know what is going to be appropriate for you, what is going to foster your purpose, and what it is required in your life path to cause growth, which is the ultimate purpose for your current physical expression.

Just TRUST.

Harmony

Harmony seems to be such a simple thing to create. But it is actually a rare commodity in our world. Unaware of unity, we struggle with each other and compete for wealth, power and position.

Even our religions suffer from this phenomenon. The one is always better than the other, the teaching always more truthful than the other, and in the ensuing battle for dogmatic supremacy, we create disharmony. Cultural warfare is almost always linked to religious warfare – as religion plays a central role in our cultural expression.

In our personal environment, harmony seems out reach for most of us. Disharmony is created through our continual reactionary dysfunction. Do we ever think why we act in a certain way, or why we re-enact certain patterns of behavior? These incidents are almost always of a negative nature, we always try to be better than others in order to prove to ourselves that we are superior to others, to firmly root our little place in the world. This is the dysfunctional ego at work.

Harmony is a trademark of awakened consciousness. Living in harmony with others, requires that we are aware of feelings, that we are aware of emotional behavior patterns, and the personal environment. Much like a mother that comforts a distressed child, in order to heal a momentary pain or emotional experience, we need to comfort our ego’s into accepting that life is not all about conflict. To achieve this we need to be fully in the Now. Simply put, the Now means that we are conscious of our behavior towards others, the self, and our surroundings.

The difficulty is that we are not always awake, or fully conscious. Even the most enlightened soul has moments of relapse, as we cannot always be attuned to the highest harmonic of our being. When we are attuned, we experience spiritual freedom. And spiritual freedom creates harmony.

Love thy neighbor as thy love thyself. Quite an expression. But what does it mean? Firstly, we need to realize that our neighbors are ourselves. Once we realize that we need to do unto others as we would like them to do unto us, then we have reached a milestone in our lives. Emotional Intelligence has just seen the light of day in our minds. For we are indeed doing unto ourselves.

Spiritual Intelligence requires that we are cognizant of our actions, feelings, judgmental attitudes and general emotional behavior patterns. This is true in the essence of things, but also on the most mundane of levels. Practice discretion, pause before you speak or act. Am I acting in my highest spiritual integrity? Am I acting in the interests of all those that fills my life with the blessings of Love, sense of Purpose and creates my emotional abundance?

We are busy creating a world. That we must accept. And we have the choice to create either harmony or disharmony in this world. Is truly up to us. Every action, no matter how small, reverberates through the ethers and builds and strengthens according to the energy we afford it. It either moves to harmony and love, or contributes to destruction and dis-unity.

We can take our pick.

Just enough. Is it enough?

This morning I woke up in a very perplexed state of mind. I had a dream which I just could not fathom. Being an avid dream worker, this left me a bit insecure as to my abilities to intuitively “get it”. The dream dealt with the keys to “enough”.

Upon downloading my e-mail – this came up, from Enoch Tan. Many of you will know that I have a high regard for his teachings, and wisdom. But read this, and let us dissect it, without judgement, but purely from the viewpoint of our new Spiritual Directive.

Enoch says:

“You can really get the law of attraction to work magic in your life by expanding your awareness of wealth or your definition of just enough. Just enough could be a larger home, with more of the beautiful things that you yearn for. That new ideal of just enough could be more than where you are now but it is bigger and better. It’s all how you are willing to look at it. There are many powerful manifesting techniques that can alter your inner state which will then influence the law to work magic in your life”.

This is off course very true. The Law of Attraction will give us what we desire, whenever we put the Intention out in the Ethers.

First impulses are always dictated by the ego. During a channeling event this weekend, the Goddess Pallas Athena made us aware of how our minds interact with all the subtle bodies. We will not discuss the subtle bodies, as that can take years, but suffice to say that the first thought that manifests, when we are confronted with the possibility of abundance through our own God Power, is money. An expensive automobile. Beautiful home, and lots of cash in the bank. This is our perception of abundance.

So, our physical and environmental needs are the one’s that must be satisfied first. That is the human impulse, bred through societal enculturization. If we look at Maslow’s hierarchy of needs, we see that this is the second “rung” of the ladder to be negotiated, after the psychological needs are satisfied (that which enables us to continue life). Security, stability and structure, amongst others, are the second step in this hierarchy of needs. We need to feel financially secure, have a home, and have boundaries in place. So sad it is then, that all these needs are those dictated by a dysfunctional society.

Enough. What does that say? Enough is not the same concept for any of us. It varies according to our emotional and ego-induced needs. The ego will always respond by protecting itself, viz a viz it’s needs. It’s own insecurity demands this action.

Why have we forgotten about the simple beauty of abundance? Abundance is having enough to meet our needs. Abundance is having our spirituality fully activated. Abundance is knowing that we are loved, that the birds sing, and that we are always supported by God and Spirit while experiencing on this planet. Abundance is knowing that we will always be looked after, as we are the spark of God manifested in physical form. We are abundance. God never intended for us not to have enough. And enough we have, if we would only trust and detach from our fears and egotistical needs.

We are being asked by many Divine Sources, to share, build communities and support one another, unconditionally. They keep on telling us that this will create abundance. Abundance is our Universal Heritage. And if our abundance manifest as financial and tangible wealth, this is also our right, as we have earned it through hard work.

Yet, it is always the intent which needs to be pure and have integrity. If our intent is concurrent with the new directive from Spirit, then we will have abundance. Our needs will be met. We will have enough.

The new emerging Global Consciousness that is prompting some secular organizations to ask “what in the world is going on?” demands that we share our abundance with others. That we foster the needs of others and ourselves, in building communities that have at it’s core Unconditional Love and sharing. That we heed not the impulses of the ego anymore, but the impulses of the Higher Mind. That we hear the birds, rejoice in communication with Spirit and God, and relish this dualistic experience.

It is either shape up, or ship out. The old world order is rapidly disintegrating around us. It is now time to recognise God’s intention for us. This is new new imperative.

We have enough – if we will only but allow it. Just trust.

Much Love.
