Why do we always fall in love with the most unsuitable person? Yip, believe it or not, we do. And then we wonder why it all of a sudden goes topsy turvy. Or we may have fallen in love with the most perfect person, and then we find fault. We deliberately go and look for something that makes them wrong, and then that person becomes the most unsuitable person.
Is it not remarkable that the human being will always indulge in that which is not quite right? Yes, we love deeply, and yes, we love with the most uncanny empathy and abandon, but also with deep subconscious needs and insecure motives. So, in a sense we never learn the lesson that is so beautifully displayed by our guides and those Souls that shape and form our lives.
Why do we not just love, we sometimes ask, without any judgement and any questioning? What is this mysterious thing that binds us to personal enculturization, and our resultant behavior patterns?
It is called miasms. Quite simply put, it is cellular memory. It attaches itself to our beingness, as learned patterns of behavior that may have formed through our interactions with peers or family, and may even be the result of genetic imprinting. It has now created an inbred causal pattern, which dictates our very way of being. Miasms is one of the most elegant devises that our Creator has built into our bodies, in order for us to live our lives according to that which we chose, or simply put, our contract that we negotiated for this current existence.
You see, we have free will. When we are Home (at rest, between lives) we literally queue up to re-incarnate again, and when we get the go-ahead, we have to negotiate a contract for our next life, based upon what we want to experience, and lessons or life paths that have not been successfully dealt with. We choose our parents, our family and our experiences. They do not choose us.
So, if we care to alter the way that we view our existence, our emotional experiences and physical hardships, life suddenly becomes much easier. It is only a play, and we have written it ourselves. With much excitement and co-operation, we consulted with all those Souls who will negotiate our life-paths with us, in all the different acts. And so the scenes are set, for that which we will experience on this planet. Sometimes this play may extend over many lifetimes, sometimes only one.
As we enact the script that we have co-created with others, be they good or bad, we have all agreed to it. We have a signed and sealed contract. Someone may cross your path, and cause you immense financial loss. Someone may break your heart. Someone may lead you into the world of drug abuse, or you may be born with physical dis-abilites. And so it goes on.
If we can but realise that all these inconveniences are placed before us, to experience duality, free will, and learn certain life lessons from it, which has as its ultimate purpose spiritual development, then it becomes easier to negotiate.
Miasms built into our cellular memory, either inherited or through enculturization, can also be removed, by simply transmuting the problem it created. They are not Karmic expressions, but certainly have the ability to become such. If we do not learn the lesson in this lifetime, well, we will have to face it again. Transmuting the problem created by miamistic cause is simply making peace with it and letting it go, without judgement or resentful emotions.
Accepting that we will all have to face many conditions and situations in this life-time, makes it easier for us to recognize those lessons, and deal with them from the understanding that both ourselves and the other actors in the play, are simply enacting a script. When it is done, release it, forget it and let it go.
Much like writing a review of the play, or act, that we have just experienced, we need to be able to criticize, dissect and evaluate our own performance. And then vow to do better next time, go over the script again, until we have it memorized. The personal subconscious can then imprint a new behavior pattern, or at least delete the previous file from our memory.
Being conscious of our behavior patterns and personal interaction with others in our environment, makes this easy to achieve. It is just that we have to recognize it. Once we have accepted that it is just a play, with a multitude of actors, we become empowered. So much so that we have the ability to free flow with that which is presented to us, detach from it, and view it from a different perspective. Then we can allow ourselves to make intelligent decisions, and be in charge, without losing out on our spontaneity.
Try it. It works.
And do not forget to honour your co-actors. Good or bad. They have helped you in more ways than you know.

Mind Power - continued
As always, I get distracted when delving to deep into a subject. This is the intuitive creativity, which can sometimes be insistent, and at times, will drive us to a state of utter exhaustion. Let us look at the pure science of Mind Power, or, Consciousness.
Yesterday I opened the blog with the expression “the One-ness of All”, and never seemed to get there. Well, today I will attempt to explain it. We are now aware, that the mind works like a transmitter / receiver. Some of you may dispute that, but think back a couple of years.
Earlier in our culture’s history, the idea of all space being filled with unseen information
carrying fields would have seemed totally bizarre and unbelievable. When Newton
introduced the idea of the gravitational field (an unseen entity whose existence can
be detected only by its effects on matter), many of his contemporaries found the idea too
“unreal” to be taken seriously, yet by now, with hundreds of channels of radio and TV
signals passing unseen around us every moment, we can more easily grasp how our minds may work.
But it does not stop there. Everything in creation consists of Light. It is called photon energy – or light energy. Bio-photons are present in the body’s cellular structure, and relay information, or is the causal mechanism for interdimentional communication. Every living cell transmits and receives energy across the electromagnetic spectrum from radio waves through infrared, visible and ultraviolet wavelengths. Biophotons provide the means for near instantaneous communication throughout our bodies, and create an intricate web of energy within ALL living systems.
It has now been discovered by science (Popp, 1974) that bio-photons direct and activate all physiological processes. Furthermore, bio-photons seems to affect each and every other similar system. The holographic bio-photon field of the brain and the nervous system, and maybe even that of the WHOLE organism, may also be basis of memory and other phenomena of consciousness, as suggested by neurophysiologist Karl Pribram and others. The consciousness-like coherence properties of the Biophoton field are closely related to its base in the properties of the physical vacuum and indicate its possible role as an interface to the non-physical realms of mind, psyche and consciousness.
What we also know, is that bio-photons will affect instantaneously all other cells, universally. According to the Biophoton theory developed on the base of these discoveries the Biophoton light is stored in the cells of the organism - more precisely, in the DNA molecules of their nuclei - and a dynamic web of light constantly released and absorbed by the DNA may connect cell organelles, cells, tissues, and organs within the body and serve as the organism's main communication network, and as the principal regulating instance for ALL life processes. The processes of morphogenesis, growth, differentiation and regeneration are also explained by the structuring and regulating activity of the coherent Biophoton field.
It now also explains metaphysical terms like Prana, energy channels (meridians), “chi” energy and practices like hands-on healing. Bio-photons are literally the carriers of Light information within our bodies, which interconnects on a Universal scale, with all other bio-photonic fields, instantaneously. The hand chakras, according to eastern medicine and metaphysical practice, are believed to transfer healing bio-photons from one organism to another.
Furthermore, through on-going experiments, that bio-photons in diseased cells will emit a lower radiance than healthy cells. This has huge implications for the medical fraternity, as it is now possible to detect illness’ like cancer through non-invasive diagnosis, simply by scanning the body with the correct light-sensing equipment.
What this all implies, in the context of the One-ness of all, is that we are all interconnected, through unseen fields of intelligence. We are all connected, through forces of creation that we still do not fully understand. Kirlean photography has also proved this beyond doubt.
We are being told now, that the light quotient in our bodies are rising, as we are preparing for a consciousness “reboot”. More Light is now being pumped into our bodies and onto the planet, in order to prepare us for a change in vibration, or a new phase in our spiritual evolution. In more esoteric terms, we are being prepared for ascension, which does not imply that we are all going to disappear into a serene mist, as visualized by “The Celestine Prophecy”. Our consciousness is being altered, or, the Christ-Consciousness is being anchored into our being.
As the complete Universe is going through this profound ascension, all that is part of it must follow suit. We have no option. We are all One. Some souls may not want to be part of the process, and depart the planet, only to continue their spiritual process in a location with similar vibrational patterns from which they have departed, if they so choose.
So in a sense we are being prepared for a new dispensation. We are moving a rung up on the ladder of spiritual development and awareness, where we can create a totally new society based on compassion, co-operation and sharing of resources. In that existence, negativity will not have a place.
So, hold onto your hats. It is going to be quite a ride!

Mind Power
How often do we give any thought about Universal One-ness? Do we really know what it means? And, are we aware of the subtle importance of this concept?
When we dissect this, and break it up into components, it would make more sense, but firstly we need to acknowledge an important fact. The human mind has been designed to act like a radio transmitter / receiver. It will beam out intent and thoughts, which will then be intersected and downloaded by another receiver / transmitter, if the thought or intent frequency matches up. These frequency thought waves can be universal and personal.
Let me explain. The personal thought environment (conscious mind) will communicate with itself only, if it so desires. If it wishes to, it can also send thought waves to another. This can then be telepathically, or intuitively, picked up by the recipient. This is the mind in fully conscious, creative and passive meditative mode. In this mode, it functions in the Now.
When the personal unconscious mind springs into action, the mind indiscriminately beams out thoughts to its surroundings on a collective basis, rather than it being directed at one person. Be these thoughts good or bad, does not matter, but what is sure is that it will have an effect on that which makes up the individual’s personal environment, animate or in-animate. This is the out-of-control mind, which has no cognizance of its immediate thoughts, and therefore creates unrealistic assumptions and thought forms, ruling supreme in the neither regions of our psyche. Most people manifest passively and unconsciously; they are victims of how their unconscious thoughts and words manifest outcomes in their lives.
Next in line is the collective unconscious, which is influenced by the collective consciousness, on a global, cultural and ethnic scale. Enculturization is it’s major function, which creates the gestalt of how we operate in this world, according to rules and moral codes, which influence our behavior patterns, which are thought to be in our best interests, be they miss-guided or not.
We simply need to look at Nazi Germany, Taoism, Afrikaner Supremacy, the Black Consciousness movement, to name a few, to see what devastating or mind altering effects the collective mind can have. We can also look at the positive side of this, and notice how we can enculturize societies for the good, rather than the bad. Jesus Christ is one such example, having changed the consciousness of the world, although in many cases now distorted, and no longer aligned with the essence of his teachings.
One of the greatest challenges in life is in understanding just how powerful our thoughts are. We human beings are constantly manifesting. The power to manifest is already a part us. It is our Being. We manifest through our body, mind and soul. Our thoughts, words, and actions are our tools. We manifest in our lives that upon which we focus.
It is very important for us, who want to be conscious creators, to become exquisitely aware of what we focus on, consciously and unconsciously, and how to directly engage our thoughts, words and actions so that we are more productively working towards creating the world, or environment, which we want. We need to rid ourselves of the victim hood of Self.
Simply put, we create our own reality, through thinking it. Our creative thoughts can be put into action through negative emotions like hate, fear, jealousy or greed. This will simply manifest negativity for us, festering away in our minds at the speed of light. The more energy we give it, the bigger and more destructive it becomes.
On the other hand, if we apply our creative thoughts to a positive manifestation, or consciously try to create a positive outcome, and give that energy (and do we ever?), that will also manifest. It is simple. Intent matches outcome, the simple but powerfull Law of Attraction.
For once, and especially in this new global climate of change, let us be conscious of how we think and act, which can save us from our destructive Selves.
We have the power, the will, all at the ready sitting in our God Mind. Ready for tapping it’s potentials and endless creative abilities.
Use it well, unless you want it to use you.

Compassion
Many teachers have spoken eloquently about compassion as the deep awareness of the suffering of another, coupled with the desire to relieve that suffering. This is certainly true, and proves the magnanimous qualities that the human being embodies. Trust, hope, love and faith.
However, when we become a little detached from our compassion, and start viewing it as our sincere intent to display “a caring for”, rather than “a feeling sorry for” someone, it takes on a different meaning altogether. All too often we forget that through the law of Cause and Effect, that person has created his /her own state of being, and set of circumstances.
That set of circumstances is an enactment of the Soul Purpose. It is really quite simple. We agreed to face a set of circumstances, while incarnated onto this planet, for this lifetime. And it is up to us to negotiate this path, in order to learn the lessons, or advance our Spiritual Beingness.
In Afrikaans, we have a wonderful saying, in terms of assisting others, when they face certain circumstances. “Van die wal af tot in die sloot”. Simply translated, in means pushing someone further into the ditch.
You see, helping others, means guiding and teaching others. It is still their free will, and teaching how to plant that which you ultimately reap, should be our true expression of compassion. Feeling sorry for someone, and aiding them by sympathizing and patting on the back saying “you poor thing”, actually achieves nothing. It simply re-enforces the feeling of despair, and the morass of depression has just become a little deeper.
Truth be told, we do not know how people really feel, when they face emotional turmoil. We have not been there, have not walked one inch in their shoes. And as the human being enacts only their shop fronts, while the back of house is hidden away for no-one else to see, we can only act on what is displayed in the picture window.
So, are we really helping by displaying compassion, and empathy? I think not, as empathy and compassion implies that we truly know how others think. That we have been there. And we may have been, but the set of circumstances would have been vastly different. So, in truth, although the intent is good, we are lying through our noses.
Ok, so what now, you ask?
Think about this.
In the context of the new intelligence that is seating itself on our planet, compassion is an active desire to assist others to align with the new fields of intelligence that are manifesting right now. We also need to be aware that our ability to align to this new intelligence is distorted by our social and secular enculturation.
It does not accurately reflect our intelligence, spiritual inclinations, or purpose. The planet we live on is intelligence unto itself. It is both physical and has very high frequency energetic structures just as we do. It is shifting from the 3rd dimension to the higher 4th dimension and it has been planning this before humanity was even seeded on the planet.
A necessary evil of this process is to transmute accumulated negative energy and karmic cause from one dimension before passing into a higher dimensional grid, or consciousness.
Compassion therefore is extended to both our fellow beings and the planet itself with the realization that we are part of one another’s destiny if only for a single lifetime. Planet and person is one in the master plan of God, in a collaborative process of regeneration and renewal.
We are all part of this mysterious energetic synergy that is occurring between our solar system and the universe, and as earth transforms it's accumulated densities each of us will be challenged to transform our own, or become further embedded in our fears and emotional turmoil.
In short, together with this Universe, we are facing our own re-surrection.
So, let us re-visit the teachings of Jesus, and follow his example. Compassion is assisting in the Soul-growth of others, not in the dishing out of money and miss-aligned sympathy. Let us teach one-another to fish in this very new reality, and so develop our own spiritual competence.
After all. That is what Jesus sought to teach us. If we would only but listen.

Creative Imagination
Many times I am asked..”How do I connect with the Inner Self, or the Higher Self?”
It is really quite simple, once we know how to trust the process of Creative Imagining. Creative imagining is nothing else but thought patterns from the brain that indicates that we are in control of the babbling idiots.
If we look at the twelve major chakras, we see that they are divided into four categories: Physical, emotional, spiritual and ethereal. The ethereal chakras are the ones associated with our creativity. Creativity is the ultimate expression of our God Power. It is through the process of creativity, that we paint, compose music, devise marketing strategies, write poetry and books, develop transport systems, design spectacular buildings and grow food. It literally creates and supports life and society, on the many levels of necessary function.
When we look at composers like Beethoven and Mozart, we muse over their creative musical abilities. We look at the art of Renoir, and contemplate the philosophies of Plato and Aristotle. And we wonder – where did they get that from? How could they create all of this, and we are seemingly unable to connect to the state of creative imagining that they had? Very often, Beethoven’s work is said to be spiritual, ethereal, and certainly some of his later sonatas have this quality, as does the works of Mozart. It is pure simple beauty. And very meditative.
And that is the key. Meditation. In order to detach from the conscious mind, we need to practice the art of meditation. Once the brain is still, it can access those realms of creativity that we sometimes think are not attainable. But it certainly is. Meditation is a discipline which is really very easy, once we get the jist of it.
There are three types of meditatitive states. Concentration, Active Meditation and Passive Meditation.
Concentration means that we will the brain to focus on one single problem – whatever that may be. Important though, is to remember that it is still a creative process. Through concentration we divise strategies, solve problems and connect to the inner resource of rational creativity. Here the mind focus is on the needs of the moment. The How and Why. And it all happens in the realms of imagining, or imaging. For instance, we take a brief from a client, and we run with it. That is conscious creativity. And in it’s own right, it is an art form that has the power to transform complete cultures.
Active meditation, on the other hand, is the conscious effort to still the mind in order to connect with the Higher Self, or the Ethereal realms of our spiritual existence. It is here where we discover the beauty of the Inner Self, and get messages from our Guides and other Inner Sources, revealing Universal Wisdom. Many will shy away from this statement, but true it is. In the stillness created by the meditative state, we are more open to receiving the gentle voice of our Higher Self, and with creative imagination, the discourse between ourselves and the unseen starts. Are we mad, we ask? Am I hearing voices? Why am I talking to myself? Truly, the experience can be a bit disconcerting at first, but just trust that all is indeed as it should be.
By ignoring these voices in the head, we discourage communion with the Self, and ultimately, communion with God. Here we mine the riches of our personal memory bank, which contains all the information from previous times, as well as our current existence. Mining these riches brings a better understanding of how we function and co-create our lives with those around us. We simply need to participate in the conversation. That is all that is required. Sometimes we do not even remember any of it afterwards, but be assured, it is stored and at the ready to be accessed when required.
Passive Meditation, is the state we easily reach once we have mastered active meditation. All that happens is that we connect intuitively with the creative source of the Universal Self. It is in this state that music, visual and literary art is born. It is here where we devise the stage design for a play. When we connect so intuitively, purely and honestly, with that creative force called imagination, we start producing truly astonishing results.
Passive meditation comes very easy, once the mind has been trained through concentration and active meditation. It involves opening and emptying the mind, and filling it with the creative imagination of our Higher Selves. We are intuitively guided by this inner force, to co-create, in a sense, the purist of thoughts and ideas, and put them down on paper for all to see, hear and enjoy.
Discounting creative imagination and meditation, robs us of one of the most important activities that we can perform. For that is the difference in either creating or not. And as we are creating all day long, we are doing it anyway. Maybe just a little misguided, or maybe just a little unconsciously.
Make it real. Still the mind. Connect with the miracle of You. You may be surprised what you find there. Off course, it takes discipline to go and sit down and do it. But it also takes discipline to go to the gym every day, or empty the trash can, or perform those mundane duties that we always have to nag ourselves to do. All that these activities achieve though, is to satisfy the daily need for existence or ego satisfaction.
Meditation asks none of that from you. It simply offers riches beyond your imagination.
And it does not cost a cent.
Love and light to you.

Fear and doubt
More often than not, when faced with uncertainty, that old evil “doubt” raises its ugly head. Doubts about our validity, our abilities, our purpose and the personal environment. And in the ensuing mind dialogue, we achieve nothing. We just further strengthen the doubt. The unconscious part of our being is now fully in charge, and makes quite sure that doubt turns into fear.
On Friday we spoke about expectations. These are sometimes created by others, as the result of an undertaking, but mostly, we create it ourselves. The mind has the ability to create, through its own will and power, scenarios which does not exist, or merely exist in the imagination, concocted through insecurities, need and fear.
Let us take a simple example, which can apply to a great many things.
Am I good enough?
What is it that we implicitly imply here? Is it doubt? Yes. Is it fear? Yes. Is it insecurity? Yes. If we question more, we shall see that we can associate doubt with most, if not all, of the negative emotions displayed by us. Simply put, the human species is infatuated with worry and drama. We like it. We cannot live without it. We continually worry and doubt.
In this mind action, we create fear. It permeates our thoughts, actions and attitudes to such an extent, that it saturates our vibrational being ness. We literally beam it out. If we are insecure about a situation, or doubtful about an outcome, then we start emanating that vibration of emotional insecurity.
Our loved ones may then ask “what is wrong?” We will reply, nothing, of course. Nothing is wrong. Yet again we are lying through our teeth. Much is wrong, but we are simply too scared to tell them, as we are scared as to what their possible reaction may be. Yet again, fear and insecurity.
Do we ever ask ourselves, “What is it that I am scared off?” No we don’t, we are too scared to face the answer, so we cut it off and we carry on dreaming up scary monsters, wicked wrong-doers, doom and gloom.
In this lies the nature of our own human-ness. We create our reality on the subtle mental and astral planes, which are intangible. They are the domain of the mind. It is created by thought and thus forms its own little gestalt, which permeates our being-ness and influences our social behavior patterns.
Again, being unconscious at this stage, we pay no heed to the other players in our little mind game; it is only us that count here. We are being selfish to the extent that we start alienating those that care for us, and share our daily lives. Worse, we are all guilty of it, at times.
Have we ever given thought to the fact that we are being predictive in our mind games? That we are creating outcomes by simply giving our fears, doubt and mind-games energy? And if so, that these predictions may have different outcomes, if we simply apply that energy in a different, more appropriate way? No we don’t. We are simply to unconscious of that fact. The mind is now infatuated with its own drama and will not allow consciousness to take hold. We are being controlled.
Being conscious of these little games that we play, in order to satisfy the needs of the encultured ego, for that is what it is, can help us achieve the lives that we wish to live. We simply need to be conscious. Turn the fear into truth. Turn the doubt into trust. Turn the insecurities into power, by speaking them, and transmuting them.
When we face fear, doubt and insecurity on their terms, we are doomed. When we align them with our consciousness, as players in the game that can aid us in our efforts to be masters of our own creations, we win. We need to control them, for we are the major players here.
Fear is simply false evidence appearing real. We cannot read the minds of others, predict their reactions, control their behavior patterns or judge their emotions, and resulting outcomes. So what do we do? We fall into the trap of doubt and fear, which creates insecurity and untold emotional mayhem.
It is time for us to take charge of our own creations.
Let us be truthful, let us speak our minds, let us negotiate life’s little up’s and downs with integrity and trust. Let us calm down the constant destructive chatter of our fearful psyche, as it is simply creating untruth’s that will disenfranchise us.
We will be quite surprised at what we unearth, in the rich mines of our interactive consciousness.

Sticking to our Guns
Very often we just to not feel like doing something. It can be a chore, attending a meeting, or fulfilling a promise. Yet somehow, we either keep postponing, or our minds insist on trying to find a reason, or excuse, not to do it. It is akin to the little angel on the left shoulder, urging us on, and the little devil on the right shoulder, holding us back.
Some times this is just procrastination. Other times there is an underlying psychological problem, which produces the block. Mostly though, it is practical considerations, which the ego-mind then tries to rationalize in a very complicated way. Maybe we just do not feel like it, or we have an early meeting the next day, in which we need to focus, or the budgy is sick, or we have exhausted our budget, and need to conserve our resources.
The ten thousand babbling idiots then enter with a vengeance, trying to construct the most credible excuse, while they attempt to validate our own insecure position. And off we go on a mental tangent, concocting with alacrity the little white lies that the ego-mind helps us to rationalize, re-construct and re-invent, until it is satisfied that we can get away with it.
Bingo. We have just created a pitfall for ourselves. As we pick up the phone to excuse ourselves, we mumble and stutter, and the truth is out. Or, as we are phoned by someone else, to whom we have made a promise, we mumble and stutter and we have successfully discredited ourselves.
Do we ever learn from this? Mostly, no. We simply amble along with our ingrained behavior patterns and aversions mindlessly, not taking any cognizance of what we have created. And it is not our fault, mostly. We block this knowledge out. We become unconscious to its existence, as we are being protected by the ego self. Through guilt the conscious self eventually intervene, and we cannot stare that person in the face, or the ego rationalizes it away again.
I wonder sometimes if we know what damage we do. Quite simply, if we have made a promise, we have created expectancy, or concluded a contract. Breaking the contract, invokes the law of Cause and Effect. And promises can also take the form of innuendo’s, like, yes, I am interested in you, inviting closer romantic contact, created by need, only to find out later that the interest has waned unexpectedly. Now we have broken a heart.
And do we really know how these mindless little actions will affect the other party? How many promises they may have made that relies on our promise? How they may be in need of love and affection? And how it is going to affect us and them? No, not really, as we try to ignore it. By doing that, we create future discomfort for ourselves and other people, as we invoke negative emotions and maybe ensuing disagreements and conflict.
Why can we not just be honest?
Information allows us to alter our plans, make other arrangements. Phone, say how you feel. The budgy is sick. I have no petrol money. I don’t love you. Even though we or the other party may be confronted by disappointment, we have given a true reason for our actions. We have allowed other options to be explored, and created freedom, in the ensuing aftermath. And just maybe that person will understand your position. If not, well, at least you have tried.
Honesty and integrity goes hand in hand. Together they form a bond of trust. Trust breeds respect. Respect breeds loyalty. And loyalty breeds Love, in whatever manifestation.
So let us practice truth, as this creates honesty and integrity, which are the building blocks for emotional and personal freedom.
In the context of this little wisdom, if you do not owe anyone anything, you are free to express the Authentic Self.

Forgiveness
Forgiveness operates out of the truth that each of us is doing the best we can under the circumstance of our life experience, and the degree to which our love frequency saturates our human expression.
When a person operates from the Higher Heart and the rich textures of its authentic frequencies, forgiveness is a natural state of acceptance. When a perceived injustice enters our experience - no matter how significant or whether we perceive ourselves to be the cause or the effect, we may initially react with the sharp emotions of victim hood or annoyance, but this emotional clutter and distortion can be quickly transformed by experiencing understanding, compassion, forgiveness, appreciation.
This is the emotional vehicles that transform victim hood or co-reaction into the creation of light-ness, leaving behind only the purest frequency of love stripped of all purpose.
Forgiveness is really the outward expression of understanding and compassion without the heavy sentiments of duality (i.e., good and bad) that always introduce the presence of judgment, resentment and blame.
It is a neutral expression without design or purpose other than to release us from the clutches of time, which is similar to energetic quicksand, making us sink deeper into a time-based emotional state.
We can never predict outcomes, no matter how carefully we plan or try to anticipate the behavior of others, and most importantly, ourselves. Kant maintained that “the conditions under which what ought to happen frequently does not “, and he was quite correct.
The set of conditions according to which we plan today, may not be applicable anymore tomorrow, for surely, the only truth that there is, is change. Herein lies the essense of forgiveness. Even though we may plan carefully and anticipate that which may or may not be, we are, and are not, in control.
Variables always present themselves in our planning. Be it a personal relationship, financial agreement, planning a holiday, or merely going to the supermarket, we never know quite what is going to present itself in our life path.
We come to this planet to experience duality, and align with our purpose, which is personal and spiritual growth. When we are not in physical manifestation, i.e. discarnate, we make agreements with those Souls who will present themselves in our next incarnation, in order to create opportunities for our growth, which will enable us to enact our purpose for that given physical experience.
So, we agree with one-another to provide opportunities for growth, and as such, same agreements contains elements of both good and bad. For instance, emotional ease can only be cultivated by experiencing emotional dis-ease. Through experiencing any weakness, we learn how to negotiate that very same experience, when it presents itself again. Either we learn the lesson or we don’t, in which case it will keep on presenting itself, until we acquire the skills to avoid it, or, in the case of emotions, become mature in how we deal with it, and transmute it. This may take many lifetimes to accomplish.
Once we understand that the personal environment has a purpose of it’s own, and that we are not always in charge, we can start forgiving ourselves, and those that help us create the little dramas that brings us ever closer to being a better human.
So we need to continiously remind ourselves that we are enriched, daily, by negotiating life on this harsh planet. It is simply a game, an experience, and we need to play it well. We need to detach from the ourcomes and forgive ourselves and others, if things go wrong. Because they will, even though we are always co-creating these maladies to align with our Soul purpose.
Let us thank those who brought, and will still bring us hardship, instead of blaming, festering and creating our little individual soap operas. It serves no purpose, for in our purist expression, we planned this life to the last little detail.
Forgive Self. Forgive others. And live within the understanding that all is always in absolute perfection.

Energy transfer
Everything is energy. From our thoughts, to a star exploding, a seed geminating, it is all pure energy. The big problem is, that this energy, whatever it is, a thought or an action, can either be borne out of Good or Bad.
If we consider that the intent of the Universe is always Love, and that the original intent of God, when he created man, was Love, then we need to consider ourselves as an expression of Love. Embedded in the genetic make-up of the human being there is only trust, love and hope. This is the human being in its purist expression. When a child is born, we can all feel the vulnerability of that pure Love expression. And so it should be, as we recognize the greatness of creation, in its original intention.
As we start to grow up, however, we are subjected to human environment, in all its expressions of disfunctionality, negative emotions, enculturization and social norms and codes of conduct. In this lies the great paradox – we are stripped from the original intention - and with good reason as well. When we embark on this journey on planet earth, or any other physical plane, our main reason for being here is to learn and grow, and ultimately, express our spirituality, and rebirth the original intention.
This journey is observed by the mind. The mind acts like your e-mail – sending and receiving information, or like a radio frequency, beaming a signal which is received by your radio. So this radio station signal, of which there are literally millions on this planet, or email recipient, of which there are billions, will be received by the intended recipient or target. The stronger the signal, or connection, the more clearly or faster it is received.
If we understand that the mind acts like a telepathic transmitter / receiver, we realize that it is a very powerfull tool indeed. Like we have been told in The Secret, once an intention is out there, it will manifest. What the intention is, and how it manifests, is up to us. Suffice to say that it is encumbant on us to take responsibility for that intention, and the causation and effect. What you sow you shall reap.
The same is true for our own thoughts and actions towards others. If we have had a failed relationship, and we are now really peed-off, the incessant chattering of malice, hate, blame and revenge starts taking hold in our minds. The ten thousand babbling idiots have arrived, in full force. Being emotionally traumatized, causes our psyche to go into unconscious mode. In other words, we do not think anymore, we let the other aspects of Self think for us. We literally sit on the side-line, while this discourse of evil is being bred and fostered by the ego and unconscious mind.
What makes it even worse, is that all the aspects of Self, which feel that they have been let down, will participate. And those aspects need not be confined to this physical life only – they can come from beyond this expression. As our minds will always retain the information and lessons gained in previous lives, stored in hidden folders, this is when they emerge. So we have this dysfunctional discourse, or dare we even say democratic process, going on in the psyche.
One thing we can be sure off, is that our malicious thoughts will reach the recipient. And as the human being is a psycho-physical unit, what affects the mind will affect the physical body, and visa versa. So, if we wish ill upon that recipient, be sure that the ill will manifest, in whatever form. But manifest it will.
This is akin to black magick. It is well recorded that magick works with Intention. As what you project into the Cosmos returns multiplied, every minute increment of energy cast out causes an enormous difference to the success of the Intention. That's how an “Intention Magician” can get such increased power. The more you feed it, the greater the effect.
Feeding our bad thoughts towards others is pure evil. Emotions like jealousy, hate, resentment and blame, by virtue of their nature, can and will cause emotional and physical manifestation in the Life Field of the recipient. If you wish physical illness, financial disaster or emotional trauma on someone else, it has the potential to manifest in their Life Field, in whatever form or expression.
Same goes for gossip – which is usually not intended to reach the recipient, but it does. Talking about others in the negative will reach them and have a profound effect on them. It can manifest as a feeling of un-ease, or if the person is intuitive or have well developed ESP, but not aware of same, even physical and emotional dis-ease like nausea, headaches and depression. And all off this around a cup of tea and cream scones.
Those who read these little messages, or follow this blog, are aware, or are nurturing their own emerging awareness.
So, let us take heed of what we think, what we do, and remain in the Now. The Now simply means that we are conscious of our own actions and reactions. Let us be aware of what and how we think. Yes, we need to leave the Now every once in awhile, in order to make rational decisions and plan our existential path. It is required that we are aware of that as well, lest we just amble along into disaster, or, planning for our own discomfort.
We need to return to the original Human Intention. Trust, Hope, Nurturance and Love. That is all we require, in the final analysis. So let us detach from that which brings only discomfort for the Self and others. Stop the fear mongering, destructive chatter and let us express our purist intentions.
And be that which God intended for a change, for that is exactly whom and what we are. Co-creators with God. We have just forgotten a little, so let us rekindle our true purpose.
Much Love and Light to You.

Love Thyself
Remember the late sixties, early seventies? Well, maybe some can, while others were still not even born!
The sixties and seventies were epitomized by a new breed of human. Post world war two society sought to express in a different way – and thus new freedom was born. The light-ness of being after the horror of the holocaust, nuclear warfare and the like gave birth to a new creative expression. Elvis Presley was gyrating with Blue Suede Shoes, the peace sign reigned supreme, and the Beatles became a household name. Flower people, or hippies, soon became a cult that expressed personal and sexual freedom.
The fashion industry followed suit, the mini skirt was born, and gone was short-cropped hairstyles for men. Along with this, a new representation of the acceptable human form was born. Big and butch was out, thin and waif-like was in. Men identified less with the masculine form, and woman identified less with the fuller figure.
Enter icons like Twiggy and the Rolling Stones.
The advertising industry and fashion houses embarked onto a relentless drive to feed the masses with this new standard of dictated acceptance. Thin was in. Very thin. In its wake, diseases like bulimia and anorexia became rampant, fed by the new “diet industry”, which produced eating regimes focusing on malnutrition. We were not acceptable anymore if we were not thin, bony and looked like something from a world-war two concentration camp.
This type of mass social-enculturization has left an indelible mark on global society. The emotional evils that emerged from this generation, are still lurking around, in the form of the mindset, or gestalt that it has formed. This mind-set also gave rise to a new breed of plastic surgeons, who specialized in making people look good. Facelifts, body lifts, and heavens knows what else, was now de rigueur.
Simply put, if we did not conform to these new societal rules and norms, we were not acceptable. Young children of the day were continually bombarded with this mind-altering doctrine. Teenage girls were always on diet, fed by insecurities bred by mothers who feared rejection if they did not conform. Same with other sub-cultures, where you would not find a partner if you did not represent the acceptable standard of appearance.
In retrospect, we surrendered to mass emotional genocide. We have successfully allowed Big Brother to dictate our own being ness, without even noticing it. The psychological fall-out is fear, anxiety, hate and a miss-alignment of energy. Self sabotage has led us into a social environment where we are being dictated to, instead of us determining our own destiny or social acceptance.
It is time for us to accept ourselves for whom and what we are. In the final analysis, we are human beings, with differing cultural backgrounds and morphological shapes. Morphic resonance determines our appearance, which is determined by evolution based on the needs as dictated by our environmental circumstances, and the ethnic groups that we belong to.
Do we find in cultures, like the Amazonian Indians, that they have been subjected to this enculturization? No. As a result of their isolated environment, they could not give a continental about what they look like. That is just who and what they are. And they love themselves, the earth, and all that they re-present. They are happy.
It is time for us to accept that we are who we are. We do not need to change our authentic-ness in order to appease others. We are beautiful beings who have been created to express love, trust, nurturance and hope. Yet we forget all these human attributes. Our woman bears children, which changes the physiological shape of the body, and so what? Do we really have to go on mega-diets in order to ensure that we will still be loved and cared for? Do we really have to conform to what the You magazine tells is acceptable, and the Men’s Health magazine tell the men-folk what they must look like?
Off course, we must exercise and be healthy. Eat sensibly, in order to sustain and nurture our bodies, which harbor the Soul in this physical expression.
We are breeding a new world. And this world must represent our human-ness. Beings of Light and Love that must nurture one-another, love one-another, respect one-another, and play the game fairly and beautifully.
We cannot continue to ignore the evils of social enculturization. For once, let us stand in our own greatness.
Much Love
